You said in the title “no frying”, but you did fry the pork belly.
That's a bit pedantic. Frying is implicitly deep frying, which was not used here. Nowhere in the English language would "frying" be substitute for "stir frying", whereas it's a common substitute for "deep frying"
The title did indicate “no frying , no deep frying” which was misleading.
