    Toll Brothers design some very nice and quality homes. The lot size’s for this development are just too small for me and I understand that land now is at a premium. We’re on the fence right now with the same issue because, we have a Class A motorhome that fits in our driveway with space for 4 more cars but our backyard is just not large enough and to purchase a new home we would have to go upwards of $1.5 at a minimum to even purchase a 7000 sqft lot. In addition, you did a great job previewing the properties and keep up the good work…👍🏾

      I totally agree! I was very disappointed at the lot sizes compared to some of their other communities. WOW, that’s a huge driveway to fit all that! And we appreciate your kind words sir! 🙏🏾

    Great videos! I would like to suggest that you add video chapters. This allows viewers to be able to jump to a house plan/room. I've been watching a few videos and I have been skipping to the house plan/room I want. Thanks!

      @xouvang9174 thanks for watching! We used to do chapters, unfortunately it's not good for the youtube algorithm as CZcams prefers you watch the whole video. Shorter watch times lead to less impressions for our video, so for now we have opted not to do. Thankfully you can always fast forward. We tend to provide valuable info throughout the video & you can always get an idea of other finishes offered by seeing different models even if it's not your preferred floorplan.     Do you know if Folsom is following the same style as roseville and doing inclusive community putting low income housing and apartments in the middle of expensive homes? That kind of planning is ruining Roseville. I hope Folsom isnt doing the same. We were hoping to move to Roseville because we heard it was conservative and republican and tend to avoid that stuff, then I find out they are leading in doing so. WTH is going on in Roseville? Yuck if you ask me. I'm not going to pay near a mil or over and have low income apartments close by. I would expect that from Sac county and Folsom, but you never know these days. Toll Brothers doesnt build in Roseville probably because they know its turning into a lower tier city and as you know Toll Brothers only builds in higher class cities. Ashame because I heard Roseville was like that at one point, and why we were interested to move there, but now looking elsewhere.

      @moialder252 what area you coming from? State mandates are requiring a certain percentage of affordable housing within new housing developments. In the past they were able to just allot a certain # of apartments to it within a community, but seems the state requirements have increased & there is a trend toward doing an entire community to meet the required #s compared the the rest of the housing being built. Folsom Ranch has about 2000 units allocated to affordable housing, I'm not sure the locations. I will note that our market rate apartments rent in the area are high at $3k/month, which is more than many peoples mortgages that bought in Roseville back when rates were lower. So when they say affordable housing in our areas, that could mean a teacher teaching in our schools being able to actually afford to rent here since our median area income is 6-figures. Our experience with the existing affordable housing within the newer parts of Roseville, is it has not been an issue & they are allocating some of them for senior housing which is a huge need with the rising cost for these fixed income residents. Most affordable housing is being are also being built along the main corridors, and the ones within the community are normally by our higher density housing (not $1m homes). I think you would be surprised by these communities, most of the current ones building look like luxury apartments communities. This may not align with past experiences of low income housing. In terms of where Toll Brother builds, they try to build in communities where they can have a view lots, and since the land left in West Roseville is flat, it doesn't offer that. Depending on housing budget, I can guide you to suburbs/areas within suburbs that may better align with what you are looking for.
