I need help I CAN go live on my android but it says "your account was currently suspended" on my computer. I just got to support so maybe they can help.
I'm having an issue where it lets me go live for maybe 5 seconds before automatically ending the live and saying I'm suspended for a minute. Any suggestions?
I've met both age and follower requirements and I haven't violated any terms.
This glitch seems to be happening to many users right now and unfortunately we don't have a solution to offer. Hopefully TikTok will get this issue sorted out soon!

The age is 16, either way I have seen a lot of 14 or 15 year olds on live. I have over 1,000 but I still don’t have it. But I hit it today so that may be an issue
The age has been changed to 18 as of 2022.
This video does not cover TikTok live for PC whatsoever, which is where I am having issues, Live works fine for me on my android app.

ya same i can go live on my iphone but whenever i try and do the live studio it gust refreshes and sends me to my Fyp

I’m really frustrated because I was suspended for “hate speech” out of nowhere in the middle of a stream… I feel like some bigots may have been in my stream and reported me, but then my appeal was also rejected.
I was just getting ready for a show and doing my makeup on stream.

Are you over 18? If you're under the age requirement you won't have access to live streaming.
This didn’t answer my issue. When i try to go live a message pops up saying “couldnt go live now. Try again later”

You also have to be 18 or older, so if you don't meet the age requirement you won't have the option. If you meet all the requirements and still don't see the option, try logging out of the app and signing back in.

@@techlifeunity I wish it was as simple that. I can join friends lives but it will not load my own. When I hit the + button or the go live button on the creator page of my profile,, tiktok crashes and brings me back to my device main screen
I seen someone go live that had 16 subscribers 🤷♀️
Subscribers and followers are different things on TikTok
I have 1012 followers for a while now it’s telling me as a creator I need 100 more users it is saying
I’ve seen people go live with less than 300 followers so that doesn’t make sense to need 1000
That must be a glitch, the feature is only available to those with 1000+ followers.
@@techlifeunity the people I’ve seen live are Japanese so I’m not sure if it’s different for them or if there’s some other rule for joining lives
