In the second matchup you spent a lot of don with other stuff when you could just use 2 don! on Nami to secure a K.O, you did it at 11:53 deploying zeff(who is unable to exist against R/P Law) and again at 12:28 using Red Roc(they had one card in hand) this made you take 3 hits
At 3:44 you should've swung life since they had no blocker and 0 life. Would've forced cards out of hand. Edit: my friend pointed out that Luffy had +2000 I'm sorry. I didn't know he could do that.
Removal didnt really help, you are spending way too much Don to stall for a board they can practically rebuild faster, I find it easier to just swing for life especially for Luffy decks, which I just noticed you just did that wasn't because of the removal but more of the bad plays made by the player. The longer you are stalling the better it is for your opponent since they can just start stacking Dons for their swings, fast mills wins games the most, breaking boards so you are not using your events to mill is strange.
You have a good point. Problem is there are no other mill/stall cards Nami can play that most Nami decks aren't already playing. And with current decks being fairly agro having some form of removal can potentially help (especially against a random Gion or 9 drop Zoro). Sure you're using a lot of don to remove one or two bodies but sometimes that is the best play especially when your hand size is down. A more aggressive version of Nami that can still mill would be great to keep the pressure on but not sure what that would look like.
@Andynic12 I mean yeah they hurt to deal with, if up against a gion which is rarely seen and with the lack of blue deck around. You are playing for odds, nami deck aren't exactly a high % win rate decks, part of the luck is matching against decks you can deal with. In my experience it's better to have your deck catered to most and majority of decks rather than the exception, other than that if you are building to counter locals then that's a different story
@Andynic12 in my locals I run a usopp, guy used his 8c Moria and played his sabo rested and his brannew active, played usopp swung and got that free 7 mill for game, my opponent thought it was better so I couldn't swing into his brannew so he had more attacks ready, guy was extra salty when he learned it was a one off
My locals is infested with r/p law and b/y luffy rn and I'm bringing the removal next week for sure Got gion'ed by a queen player first game and then 15k banish zoro 3 times by a Yamato player and after that got 3 back to back to back b/y luffy matches where they all flooded board and pressured 11k swings early and often Unlucky day folks but that's the mill life stay strong fam ✊
I know you're the mill guy and that's why I'm subscribed! But are you reading the manga for one piece? It's really good and you'll be EVEN more invested in the card game if you know and love the characters! I like the removal techs for Nami
kinda bouncing and bottom decking that bon clay two much think its only a threat if you have a character with more power to copy on bored where you could just remove more the 5k attacks that can actually hit you

I've been thinking about this heavily. being able to bottom deck threats like 9c zoro is huge
