Community Impact Award, Hearts in SF 2024 - BEST Neighborhoods

The Bridge and Engagement Services Team (BEST) Neighborhoods team works in collaboration with many other parts of the Department of Public Health as well as other city departments-the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, the San Francisco Fire Department, and the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management -to ensure more people get connected to care and building trust within their own neighborhoods.
