    After a couple of years of internet & conversation education I settled on buying a Kioti. Two weeks ago I found a 2021 RX7320 cab tractor with only 131 hours. The worst thing about it was the fact it was always stored outside. I’m liberally applying rubbing compound and wax to restore the luster. Thanks for your Kioti videos! Tim in northern TN

    I really enjoyed this video and you have a new subscriber. I am going to buy my first tractor and am really high on the Kioti so it was good to listen to your feedback. It seems like every Kioti owner videos have a similar take on these tractors. Right now I’m all in. Not that other tractor brands are not good but for the cost and what you seem to get makes a Kioti hard to pass up. The CK4020SE and DK4720SE are the two I am trying to decide between. One common item mentioned in most all Kioti videos is the three point hydraulic control as you mentioned. No one said it was a deal breaker but all wish it was smoother and had better incremental control.

    • @backyardcountrylivin1514
      @backyardcountrylivin1514  Před 9 měsíci

      Hi Steve, thank you very much for tuning in and subscribing. I can only say good things as far as the performance and reliability of my Kioti so far and the back breaking work it has saved me. I did quite a bit of research before my purchase, and as you mentioned the Kioti seems to be one of the best values on the market for what you get. I think either one of the choices you are looking at would perform well. I grew up on the small farm using Massey's and the 3 point lift system on those is outstanding. From what I've read, a lot of the utility tractors use a different type of valve that does not have the same capability as the ones on the ag style tractors. But like you said, it is not a deal breaker. Good luck with your purchase and I'm sure you will love it.

    Based on your 1st review, I ended up buying a new CK3520SE HST and after 35 hours, I love it! I have R14 tires on it and they are much better than the industrial tires I had on my previous tractor. R14 are the way to go!

    I too have a two year old Kioti CK3510SE with backhoe attachment. It has about 150 hours on it. This is my second Kioti tractor, my first was a 2007 LB1914 with 20 hp. I’ve had very few issues with either Kioti tractor. I like the improvements you’ve made on your tractor. Need to get a tool box mounted and utilize the round hole on the loader arms like you did. I did put a different color paint mark on the loader level indicator for my dirt bucket and pallet forks. I have a number of attachments (front and rear) and am looking for a couple of other attachments to get in the future. Love the tractor, but in my state the closest Kioti dealer is 3 hours away. Dealer and factory support could be much improved.

      Hi Will, glad to hear you have had good luck with your Kioti's. I sometimes wish I had gotten the backhoe, but not sure how much I would really use it. Good idea about marking the level indicator. I am fortunate to have a dealer only about 25 minutes away. I have read several things about the factory support has room for much improvement. I appreciate the positive feedback and thanks for checking out the video.

    Very good informative video! I have the same model and love mine. I look forward to using it every chance I get. I have been having trouble with mice building nests under the hood of mine. In the opposite corner of the DEF. I keep the hood propped up & spray mice repellent often. Have you had any issues with this?? Thanks

    • @backyardcountrylivin1514
      @backyardcountrylivin1514  Před rokem +2

      No, fortunately I have not. We have the yard cat (James) that you may have seen in some of the videos. Best mouse trap you can have. Before we got him, I used to put out those rat bait chunx from tractor supply. It works well, just want to be sure that any other pets don’t get hold of a mouse that has eaten the poison. Good luck, hope you are able the get rid of them. Thanks for checking out the video.

    Hey Jeff, I did get the DK5310 HST SE. Worked it pretty hard so far and it handled everything. Mostly grapple work. Amazing what logs it can handle. 3 point is smooth. Bought a rotary tiller. Rather useless against the southern Missouri rocks.
    Wanted to ask you, is that a piranha cutting blade on your bucket? Probably my next investment.
    Thank you for the great info.

    • @backyardcountrylivin1514
      @backyardcountrylivin1514  Před rokem +1

      Yes, it is a piranha tooth bar on the bucket. I definitely would recommend it. Adds a whole new element to bucket work. Link below for a video I did on it a while back.
