Great video, that mobo is very nice, I just replaced my Corsair H100i Capellix AIO with a ROG Ryujin III, that board would look great with my set up, I have i7 13700k and an RTX 4070 ti, I am nearing 2 years with my mobo cpu combo but I am not sure the upgrade to 14 gen will show me much more in performance.
All the y60/y70 builds I have seen with an AIO(especially h150) the tubes go to the top right of the case. Any reason you mounted the radiator in the direction you did? The tubes are going to the top left of the case.

5000 won't come this year and very likely only late in next year. And the Y70 Touch is one of the towers with the most room for GPU, even fitting the thickest 4090s in it. It should work
The y70 holds the thickest 4090 gpu (gigabyte windforce edition) with still a while human thumb of space between the glass. The Hyte 60 is the one where it's suffocating to the glass. The amount of space you have left on the hyte 70 is a lot and the leaked images of the 50xx series already showed similar to slightly thinner then 4090. You're more then safe buying the Hyte y70

I really want to get this case, but I'm afraid that the RTX 5000 series will be even larger and choke on the glass

do these fans go solid jewel tones? I want the red version of this case and I'm looking for fans that go a red to match. but these look pastel.
The nzxt hub is only for the lianli strimmer cables or did i miss something?
