Hemokai is actually a psuedo-semi! It’s got a high walkspeed (the speed terrestrials swim at) and streamlined (an ability that boosts your swim speed by 25% after 15 seconds in the water). Hemokai can go 40 speed in the water with streamlined activated, which is enough to bully any terrestrials (who aren’t also psuedo-semis) in the water.
