Hayley Weir you know that Missy Elliott song Work It? That’s the clip Heath was playing. “Is it worth it? Let me work it. I put my thing down flip it and reverse it...” and then the song continued to what sounds like gibberish but really it is that last sentence reversed. So Heath and Mariah were using something on the phone that was able to reverse their words and found out that what the “gibberish” was. It’s literally Missy’s lyrics in reverse. That’s hard to explain in text lol so hopefully it makes sort of sense.

Dont weigh yorself everyday! It isent good mentaly because sometimes you might drink alot of water one day that shows your weight had gone up then you think something is wrong with you diet or work outs. You should weigh youself mabye once a week even once every 2 weeks. Remeber it takes time to see progress!
Yup I agree. You also might find if you’re working out you’ll gain weight (muscle), and this scares some people. I’d recommend taking measurements every few weeks to keep track!

Don't know if you will ever see this comment. But I've been doing meal planning for the past 2 years and something that has helped me tremendously is having 4-5 different meals that I do on a rotation for the month. You have the ability to switch it up for breakfast lunch and dinner every month to stop your self from getting bored with it. Something else that is helpful is to start by planing and packing your meals for the weekdays. So that when the weekend comes, you don't feel restricted and like you aren't able to do stuff. A little tip that I have learned for when you're on the treadmill is to try holding weights and pumping your arms for an added difficulty. It's easiest to start by doing it ever other song or every couple of minutes.

Heath, I decided to join you on this weight loss journey and meal prepped on Sunday. Instead of separating all my foods into individual meals I packaged it separately so that I have a container of: couscous, grilled chicken, salmon, asparagus and fruit. I also bought naan bread, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes for when I want to make something different. With guacamole and hummus I have cucumber and red bell peppers as snack. So far this week I have been doing great and I know you will figure out a way for your food to not be boring. You can also wrap the grilled chicken in lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers and guac or hummus for a healthier meal.

At the beginning of the year I weighed 300 pounds and I decided to change and so I went to the gym everyday for an hour and in just 9 months I lost 80 pounds. I weigh 220 now and still dropping weight. Heath inspired me to do more and push myself and keep on smiling. Thank you Heath
