According to the voice actor, she says: Instead of mentioning the specific words “tool” and “job” (which would make the translation way too long for the animation and also sound clunky) I made it something closer to “for this(job), this(tool) is the right one”

tbh, if Mochi finds a team and creates an entire anime series, built up just around the idea of this simple video, I'll be watching it just like I've been watching The Attack on Titan -- eagerly waiting for every single episode. If you ever have the Onis in a animated battle- have this shrine maiden just pour a glass of water and offer it to them.
The joke kinda being ‘they are so used to alcohol that just water would kill them’ like the mafia who actually tried and failed to poison a guy with alcohol only for him to ask for more.
After the Onis react to a plate of water instead of Sake…
Cut to the shrine maiden tossing a bag of beans like a grenade while holding a a platoon gun in the other hand.
For implications just add a rusty ‘days sober’ sign creak as it slowly changes from 0 to 1 as a final shot.
