Carino's has seen its ups and downs. You picked a winner. The bread with the olive oil and herbs is great but what really makes it in my opinion is the toasted garlic. My personal favorite there is the Chicken Parm. They really do it well!

We ate there last spring and were disappointed. The waitress told us that the bread was in the oven so she would bring us some when it was done. We ended up having to ask for it when she brought our entrees. Good thing we had ordered the Italian nachos or we would have been rather hungry waiting on our entrees. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs since that was something I had been wanting. I was so disappointed when I only got 2 meatballs with my spaghetti. What a disappointment! The price was rather high for it too. They also didn't serve a salad with the spaghetti. We redeemed ourselves last fall when we went to the Italian restaurant in Gettysburg that you had reviewed. That restaurant was awesome and cheaper than Johnny Carrinos. I got their spaghetti and meatballs. They served the spaghetti with several meatballs and a nice salad. Just wish that restaurant was closer to us!

Food looks amazing! Another place to try in Gatlinburg is Taste of Italy. Small hole in the wall & everything is homemade. They Owner is Gerry. It's located across from the Food City behind the gas pumps in a small strip mall. Food is amazing. Right now she is trying to find a pizza maker! So not serving pizza, calzone & stromboli right now. Mozzarella sticks are homemade too. Always enjoy your food reviews!

That Calzone is how I love mine, most are burnt on the outside and hard as a brick? And the Lasagne was a picture of Italian Love! Great Video Guys and would like to see a Buffet Review from that area if that's possible?
Glad you enjoyed it. The only Buffet except the China buffets which we have considered doing is the Wood Fire Grill. The reviews from here have been terrible so that's why we have not gone. It's a Western Sizzlin and we used to love that chain. Just like the Hard Rock here. Its been ripped on videos but I saw they now have a new menu so maybe we will do it sometime. Gosh I have waned Italian Food for weeks, but we just haven't had a choice, I did think I might get some this evening, but the hubs called early in the day and asked for Shepherd's Pie, ugh. Bobbi's lasagna looked good, but I never buy it out because I make a pretty good one, I'd probably go for the Eggplant Parmesan, we love it, but I hate making it. It sure looked like a nice meal out, thanks for sharing it with us.

The food looks Delicious. We have never tried it before. But now seeing the food we will try it. We lived in Italy for 10 months so we haven’t tried much American Italian, but that food looks a lot like it is in Italy!!
I sure will. My husband works for the Military, so we have lived in several countries and Italy was the last one we lived in. Loved their food for the most part. We lived in Maryville Tn before he went to work for the military. We plan on moving back when he retires or hopefully sooner.

That lasagna looked so good, but I'm not a ricotta fan. I grew up using cottage cheese. The oil and herbs looked delicious. AND that bread. If you will have a site family reunion there, I will eat the rigotta.

That lasagna looked so good, but I'm not a ricotta fan. I grew up using cottage cheese.
The oil and herbs looked delicious. AND that bread. If you will have a site family reunion there, I will eat the rigotta.
