I believe I shot the video at ISO 800 with 1/500 sec exposure. The video is 30 FPS.

And this is the camera I used to capture the ISS video amzn.to/3rEfbFJ
But you don't have to use the same equipment. I would recommend to start astrophotography with what you already have. Many folks start using just a camera and a lens.
