However once you get off the ferry in the port you will find lots of local scooter rental places that will have similar pricing 😊 Enjoy your visit!
Nice video. Looks like you genuinely had a nice time in Cozumel. The beaches looked great, free of seaweed. Did you experience seaweed (sargassum) in Playa del Carmen?
We bought a Mexican SIM card and we had good signal most of the time! In some more remote places it can glitch but for the most part it was good with a local number 😊 so I assume it would be the same with an internal one. Hope this helps!
It’s definitely nicer in terms of beach! If you want to spend the holiday mostly in beach & resort then I’d say yes. But if you want to take your kids for activities you can probably find more in Cancún. Another good place could be Isla Mujeres which is closer to Cancún & activities but you still can get very nice beaches & island vibes. I don’t think Tulum is very kid friendly as the infrastructures are not good and there’s not many activities.
A car driving license works for this size of bike, but depending on where your license is from you may need an International Drivers License so definitely look it up 😊

Yes we did! Playa had much more seaweed than Cozumel so we really enjoyed the beaches in the island

How was the phone service on the island? When my husband and I were in the Dominican, we had really poor service besides when connected to wifi
