I don't think she needs it and I was surprised when I found out she had a surgery. Some celebs have surgeries because they were told to (that's what i meant in first place) and others have because they want to. Also, do you think bella would be "the most beautiful woman in the world" before her surgeries? The pictures that were chosen are recent. Again, why didn't they chose a picture of an old bella?
