- Hey guys! Today is another pisode from my series Thrift Store Makeovers, where I take a used, worn out item (OR sometimes from yard sales or off of ebay) clean it up, fix it up and decorate it. I love hunting through thrift stores to find old, rejected items and then decorating them and putting my own style on them to turn them into new pieces of art. I've definitely missed these thrift flips and I want to do more thrifting soon!
In this episode I am going to be painting on and customizing a mini bubble gum machine. I had so much fun with this and I think it was a really cool and unique item to customize. Hope you like it!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 25 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating, painting and general art videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

YES! I especially don’t understand when craft store use them on items INTENDED to be painted! And on such items they always seem to put the price sticker on the FRONT side of the item intended for painting!🙄 WHY?!?😒🤯

Everyone has different art styles. Some people like realism, some like abstract and some like cubism or post-Impressionism. Moriah’s cute and playful art style is such an amazing style. Let’s all appreciate how she makes her art and style of videos so enjoyable, entertaining, enthusiastic and hilarious. I hadn’t watched her for about a year and then she came back on my home page of CZcams and I clicked on her and I can’t leave it. Thank you for amazing content!!

Ever since I found this channel I’ve just loved it! Normally every CZcamsr like you is in some cringe attempt to get 999B subscribers but your channel is genuinely different! Art content isn’t just someone painting a canvas and trying to make a buck when doing it by making content with it! i think it would be cool if Moriah did a video where she tried to decorate something the opposite of her style, such as using muted colors or only black and white, cottage core vibe w deep colors, goth, fairy core, dark academia etc. She could then sell it for charity or something :) ik Moriah likes decorating things w rainbows and fruits and stuff but it could be fun to branch out for one video!!!
I agree it does get tiring seeing her make the same rainbow theme over and over again. I'm sure that idea will help her not tire out so much and be more creative

For the bit when she used the poscas on glass , I have done it before and it works but sometimes when you don’t varnish it first it rubs off really easily! It works in the end though and looks really nice!

Definately a different take on it and it definately works, I'm restoring a similar one myself in a slight Dr Pepper theme.
While not identical based on the one I have I think your missing a couple of parts, there should be a Silicone gasket at the base of the globe which should stop it moving about when the Lids screwed down, the mechanisim is probably missing a restrictor piece as they come new with instructions to remove it for those just wanting free vend.
You can control the amount by adjusting the metal plate on the wheel, just loosen the 3 screws and drop a gumball in and slide it to where it meets the ball and go back about a mm or two, that should set it to one ball per turn (or however many you want it set to based on position), hope it helps.
