  • Travelling to Northern Maine/Southern Canada to Musky fish the St. Francis River on Glazier Lake near the town of Allagash Maine.
    Ive never caught a Musky in Maine or via Ice Fishing and its pretty much a dream trip and dream fish to catch for me through the ice. There are very few places in Maine that have them and fewer that we are allowed by the Queen to fish.
    This is the travel episode. See the Lodging, Meet the guys from Operation Reboot that are on the trip.
    3 part series.

    Wow, pretty neat. In Wisconsin Musky are closed from first weekend in December until first weekend in May, so we usually can't ice fish for them. Sometimes people catch them on accident while pike fishing, but other than that they're not fishable. Our state record musky, BTW is over 60 pounds!!!

      @JoeHollandFishing  Před 3 lety

      @JoeHollandFishing  Před 3 lety +1

      My mind is blow at that size! That’s amazing. Our state record for both pike and Muskie are both around 31-33 lbs right now and still growing. Both have been in the state since around the 1970s
