Lived there 30 years. I left due due to illness and rehabilitation in another state. Loved living there. Would like to go back but my Scottsdale home sold for $384,000 and now four years later $750,000. Plus now my taxes would double. I've been priced out!
You could get by in a 1 bed/1 bath condo on a salary of $40k. It depending on where in Scottsdale you could get a condo that’s a little larger with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. But the average will be in the $60k range
We are moving to Scottsdale from New Orleans next month. Can anyone recommend a good apartment with 2 bed 2 bath for 1500 to 1800? We have a few appointments set up. Thanks!
