Sweet job- you three nailed it! Love sending the debris downstream- Mother Nature has been doing that since the first tree fell. In the purest sense, the bridge is the blockage and you all just sent the trees on their natural way!
Edited to add: my boyfriend played against Smith in the last five years of his career and the first five of Smith’s- both at their prime. My boyfriend speaks highly of Smith and marvels at his athletic abilities on the field. Wear that shirt with pride!

Ever try carrying a mattress up a flight of stairs. You will tap into the funny bone kind of feeling that the Three Stooges comedy routine 😊they were so good at.
This was actually a 2 chainsaw job. Wished I lived closer, I would have come help.
At least it’s a nice day and the water is clean. It could be cold and muddy slimy water.
I’m put out that the rangers were due to take care of that blockage, looked at it and drove away leaving two senior citizens and a young lady to take care of their work. This should be reported to the office,so they will know what their employees did not do. If anything they should have taken over and let you lend a helping hand. Instead they left and went somewhere to get out of work !!! This is what’s wrong with government employees,loafing on the job. WAKE UP AMERICA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to see you all use better caution with the power tools . Your saw needs a good sharpening. When my dad taught me to saw wood we propped it up on another log and moved it along , also remove the smaller branches. So nobody losses an eye. Yes I would love to be out their but medical conditions won’t allow it. With all do respect . God bless.

I bet if some of you , probably most of you got out there you would be stumbling around like you were drunk too, it very hard to walk on those uneven surfaces.
When cutting the wood . Wouldn’t it be easier to rake some of those rocks up so you have a clear path to walk and safety.
