Spanish Lamb Belly "Churrasco de Cordero" with Chef Alex Fargas

  • Hello guys! Today I will show you how to create an delicious and super easy Lamb Recipe that is a very popular Spanish dish, and a recipe that I grew up with in Spain - Churrasco de Cordero.
    For this recipe, all you need are a few simple ingredients and we use a very special cut of Spanish lamb, the belly rib, which is such an underappreciated cut, but is beautiful when cooked properly. You may need to go to your local butcher shop to find this cut of lamb, but it's definitely worth the extra effort.
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cut of Lamb Belly Ribs
    - Salt and Pepper
    - 3 Cloves of Garlic
    - Thyme, Rosemary, and Oregano
    - Potatoes & Padron Peppers
