  • All of the Nissan R92CP '92's appearances in the Gran Turismo series...except GT Sport...but GT7 uses Sports' assets so...technically GT Sport is represented through GT7!
    But boy did this car have its glory day back in GT4. Nowadays, at least driving with the d-pad, this car is a nightmare to control!
    And yes, if my driving is bad it's not my fault - the newer games especially are NOT controller friendly. If you're not using a race wheel, which I don't...You're in Spain without the S.
    But I love the R92CP a lot :)

    I like how they kept its engine pretty much the exact same in every game, obviously just a few tweaks with the sound quality differing between console.
    GT7 has to be the best sounding, right. We need more classic LM cars in GT7!

    The sound from Eli Ayase's R92CP in GT4 and 5 are the best.

    This was my personal favorite of the group c le mans cars.

      True. It is also the most OP car along with Setsuna Yuki's Minolta 88C-V.

    I suspect the struggles you have are with the fact that the physics between GT4 and GT Sport/7 are completely different. Group C cars aren't the grippy cheat code like they used to be so you can't quite drive the R92CP around now like you could back in 2004. I can say this as somebody who has played a consider amount of both GT4 and GT Sport with a controller (before being gifted a wheel for the latter).

    LIterally was about to suggest this but then forgot to mention it but you did it anyway. The R92CP is tied as my favorite with the Minolta. And yeah responding to your comment I do like how they kept the same sound with just a few tweaks later on in the series. GT7 Sounds very good but you can't go wrong with GT4. Ima keep it 100 XD

      I also prefer the GT4 sound of Eli Ayase's R92CP. Toyota 7 from Kirito-kun in GT5 and 6 uses sound chips from R92CP.

    Eli Ayase's R92CP in Gran Turismo 7 sounds like a bit downgrade from GT4.

    Nah, I disagree with you there.
    I'm a controller PRO. I use R2 to accelerate.

      @solsticecity  Před měsícem +1

      Acceleration isn't the issue, I don't like how the steering and handling model feels with the controller.

    The sound is still horribly wrong in GT7. Polyphony are too lazy to fix it and just gave a recycled sound from GT4

      I wouldn't say it sounds totally different from the real thing having listened to both. It's not 100 percent accurate that I would say. I think polyphany could have gotten it closer to accurate sound but it's not that bad in my opinion
