I just need one person to talk to. That isn't two-faced, or pretending to care about me. Who isn't just trying to gather information or make fun of me. This place is awful. Yeah, I've been feeling somewhat under attack. I see every person's shit. By that I mean their dramas and their attempts to pull me into their drama. I have found that when I hold my light (love), it makes others angry at me or something, can't explain it. My advise to you is don't fight anything, embrace what's happening because it is a part of your experience and just be aware of it. You are not alone, not by a long shot! I got the question today "can I put _____ in your compost pile?" I answered (is it food?) they responded with reasoning of why it shouldn't be because such and such that they researched on internet and talked to one another about it for five minutes... meanwhile I just want to know why they even asked if they already know. I haven’t felt close to anyone since a few weeks before eclipse season started. High functioning depression. I try to find the old me the happy me, but I’m not sure that will work anymore. The in between stages are the most difficult to navigate because it feels as if I’m dealing with emotions and emptiness at the same time and neither feel authentic.
I would love to suggest a combo of taurine, ashwagandha, and collagen if any of those are not currently in your diet. With my own chronic high functioning depression, since adding those 3, I've found myself far more at peace, and oriented toward making lasting changes to my lifestyle that I believe will aid my happiness in the long run ❤ I only hope this helps, friend.
