- Election seats issue remains complicated between Janta Dal and Congress in Bihar in this matter Lalu Prasad Yadav is going to announce the decision which he has taken with Congress. It is to be considered that the issue is not finished completely over the election seats.
Lalu Prasad Yadav speaks about the election seats issue with Congress. He says "The adjustment between RJD, CPI, CPM and MCChas been done. The original capital of the state Patna I will announce from there."
On the other had, Congress have complicated the issue more with its opposing statement.
Kapil Sibbal speaks about the election seats issue. He says, "We will announce when the adjustments will be done. Right now there are no complete adjustments have been done.

This video is of late 90s. Most probably before 1998 or 1999 elections as RJD was formed in 1997 and Bihar had 54 LS seats only till the year 2000.
