That's not how talent works. Talent is NATURAL ability. What you're born with. You're confusing it with "skill". Everyone can gain skill. Someone talented can learn and improve a skill much faster than someone not as talented.
So basically talent is the rate in which you learn a skill. Everyone has different levels of talent.

@Xay it proves that up until the 7th gate, they were roughly equal. & only in the war arc. Guy was stronger the whole time period of part 1 and shippuden, kakashi with mastered mangekyo is 7th gate guys rival. Then guy completely eclipses him and kakashi has to admit he’s frankly been left in the dust. Then, his humility is rewarded later on when his other buddy obito gives him HIS powers. (DMs kakashi is obitos 6 paths power and sharingan)
@Xay so again, up until the war, guy is easily stronger, as he can still open the 7th gate. Kakashi grows stronger the whole show. And in the war he & might guy are clearly about equal, all of their feats are incredibly similar.
I didn’t talk about dms because I do not care about that power up he can be as strong as you want him to be, doesn’t matter to me either way.

The reason his final attack is named the way it is has to do with how he names all his attacks after stronger and stronger animals, his final attack used the strongest one he knew, himself🤯
It’s all based on animals and the time of day, where later in the day the more powerful attack. Calling his final attack “Night Guy” is basically calling himself a beast and the strongest one of them all.

I like how the "When you open the 8th gate, you die" part is usually up to interpretation by the viewer. The usual consensus being that you probably have a heart attack or the strain is too much on your body.

Guy was foreshadowed for so long I remember in the first series when Guy arrived in the Itachi vs Kakashi fight Itachi said to Kisame"we need to retreat ,we'll die if we fight"(something like that) and when Pain attack the Leaf Guys was away and also when guys fight Kisame he didn't even goes all out
Soo henceforth Guy is the only character that don't have special charka , no bloodline ,no eyes or tails beast to goes toes to toes with Madara(Ten tails basically a god ) and almost kill him

Madara didn't even try to defend here and he clearly said "Out of all of them" referring to taijutsu users he fought in past...Guy couldn't even protect himself his team against exploding Dedara was about be burn to ash and Kakashi had to save him and his team

When that music kicks in before he takes off..... Chills and tears every time. All those fancy moves everyone else has and Guy's most devistating move is a jump kick. Perfection.
I have been waiting for the crew to get to this episode especially with their love for guy.
The moment when the Red Chakra comes out and forms a dragon head then sheer energy and power bending space! sends chills!
I think Guy's energy level must be incridebly massive to have gravitational waves of it's own which led him to bend space when coming to contact.

That's the reason why planets revolve around the stars and etc. Its only when something that is heavy enough or has enough energy in it, that it has a visible effect on its surroundings. And this would make sense with Guy's attack, because it seems like in the 8th Gate, Guy generates unfathomable quantities of energy in the form of Chakra. That in conjunction with his speed in that form is probably the reason he could warp the space-time fabric
I think Guy dying would have been more epic. He would have a heroic death bigger than anyone else.
Also, he didn't conjure a chakra beast. The red vapor in the form of a dragon around him was a mix of his blood boiling and his own chackra taking form. That's why he became literal dry coal at the end, all his internet fluids were burned.
16:55 still to this day, this speech still makes me tear up from excitement.
Fun fact: Gai's leg started to disintegrate not because he used it for Night Guy. It was because in the manga, while he was about to kick, Madara put the Truth Seeking rod in front of his leg. Gai just kicked right through it. But since Truuth Seeking orbs have the nature to erase and nullify anything, Gai's leg got affected by it and started to burn away.
Naruto got 4th tails chakra when he tried to help him
When he achieved Kcm2, 2 3 5 6 7 tails each gave some of their chakra to naruto
Then when obito stabbed madara, he took some chakra of 1 and 8 tails and gave it to naruto
That's how naruto has chakra of every tailed beast

19:08 Great job on catching this despite what was said right after, His lack of pigmentation (Red Shading) with his Sage Mode form entails a much holier version of Sage Mode.
I recommend seeing this scene on the Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game, they make it even better including the new ending of the fight where he after kicking Madara all the way up the tree and gives his thumbs up+smile to the heavens. Its one of the few scenes that the game managed to make better than the manga or anime

He became this strong because the writers wrote it this way, lmao. The power scaling during the war arc was hilarious. Let's not act this is based on carefully crafted writing or internal logic.
But I get why people like them. It seems a lot of people see themselves as Guy and Lee. Either because they're underdogs or closer to reality because they can't use ninjutsu.
@ImAlsoMerobiba Everyone in a story becomes strong because the writer wants them to. No character is above the writer. Ex: Itachi was supposed to be an evil character in the beginning. But Kishimoto changed it eventually. But Guy is not fully like that. We are teased many times about Guy being very strong. Itachi always speaking high about him, him and Lee beating the crap out of Kyubi chakra cloak and a lot more. But we, the audience chose to ignore all that and thought that Guy is an idiot. For example, when Kakashi, Guy and the jonin squad were dealing with Sand jonins during Orochimaru vs Hiruzen fight, there is a shot of all the Konoha jonins standing together after defeating all the enemies. Guy was the only person in that shot who had not even a scratch on his body. Kakashi, Ashuma and all others were all exhausted. Meanwhile Guy was standing there like nothing ever happened after facing the JONINS of sand village without even opening a single gate. Then there is Kishimoto deliberately getting rid of Guy during the Pain are for Kakashi to have some drama. Or else Guy would rush in to help Kakashi. Remember that the writer does not do mistakes. There was no other benefit from writing off Guy from that arc. There is even a scene in the series when Kakashi even asks Guy this question..."You will jump in to help me when I'm in trouble...right Guy?". Which was always true throughout the series and Kakashi died the only time he didn't jump in...which is during the Pain arc.
So it's not that Guy was powered up during the War arc. Because the 8 gates of hidden lotus was introduced in the chunin exams and the ultimate form of that power has to be demonstrated at some time down the line...

Love how no talent guy who had to work harder than others because of his non existent gift of ninjutsu actually became MVP in the the end. He was born with nothing just a under achiever as a kid but he was gifted with passion and the intense gratefulness for having the power of youth that hard times strengthened his light which gave him the discipline to keep going with hard work which made him powerful in the end.
No special power or Clan. Just pure Hardwork and a normal determined man beats the living daylights of a god on borrowed powers. Might Guy.
The part true OG Naruto fans celebrate most (along with Naruto carrying on Jiraiya’s will and becoming Leaf’s hero after defeating Pain, and Itachi’s sacrifice for Sasuke revealing his unmatched unconditional love for his lil bro).
These moments are peak Shonen writing and main reasons as to why Naruto will always remain in discussions for GOAT status to the majority even with the shit ton of fillers, Uchiha nuthugging, sidelining and lack of development for interesting and likable characters, and those mundane unnecessary flashbacks within flashbacks.
In terms of overall techniques in the series, I'd be genuinely willing to say Night Guy is the best. That shot of him after the power up with Madara's declaration is maybe the best moment in the whole damn show. Y'all reacted to this amazingly.

The script writers could not kill off guy because if guy dies and someone uses Reanimation jutsu he would just be spamming NIGHT GUY and no enemy can go against that. I mean he almost took down madara uchiha (who is practically a god right now) with one kick... imagine if he could do that endlessly..... unlimited chakra+immortal body+mastery over the 8 gate formation...woof

Outside of the demigods/Jinchuriki, Might Guy is the strongest human on the planet when using the Eight Gates. Sakura is the strongest human in pure base form.

Imagine you are Madara. You come back to life and are consistently disappointed at the caliber of ninja in the age since you passed. Even the leaders of the ninja world are a disappointment to you. You acknowledge they are all fodder and decide to become a god to speed up your plan, believing yourself virtually unstoppable. When suddenly, a random dude in a green jump suit and a bowl cut appears out of nowhere at the last minute of your plan and absolutely wrecks your shit for the first time since Hashirama Senju, regardless of your new found god power. Madara must've been ecstatic that he found this main character contender out here among the sea of mediocrity 😂😂😂
I mean when I first saw this I literally said to myself "So this is why Gais team was away from the village in the Pain arc"
This is the episode everyone has been wanting since Madara fed the 4 nations army their asses. There's only one more shocking moment I want to see and one more fight and we're good.

So naruto knew that he can't just solve the sasuke issue by fighting him. If sasuke ended up dying or losing the fight, the same issue that cause sasuke to be this way, that problem would just resurface in the next reincarnation. And the wars would continue. Six paths is saying that his sons started the war and it transferred to madara and hashirama. So in order to beat sasuke naruto needs to fight him first and then talk to him. And it has to be naruto because of how they're connected.
I'm *still* pissed that they didn't let Guy's story end there. That was the *PERFECT* end for his story. Declared *the* strongest Taijutsu master to have ever lived, by one of the strongest shinobi in history.
As you can see this is the reason why Guy wasn’t in the Pain arc. He was “out of mission”

Imagine the power to push space just from the force exerted. That would mean that Guy (Gai) was pushing thru the Earths gravity so hard as he plowed toward Madara that he slightly warped the area in front of him.

Yep, and they would have made Eight Gates weaker so he doesn't defeat Pain and steal the spotlight. Heck, they probably would have written him to die off at the end of the fight, and be revived like Kakashi was. The power scaling in these shonens are more driven by the plot than any actual logic or consistency.

it's because it's a different kind of sage mode, hagoromo gave him six-paths chakra which elevates his normal sage form into six-paths sage mode, it requires the chakra of all 9 tailed-beasts and gives access to yin-yang release (what saved guy here) and every other nature release. Since frog style is how naruto learned to access sage mode that's how his irises and pupils still manifest.
Obito and Madara also gained this special sage mode when they became the ten-tails' jinchuriki, giving themselves six-paths chakra due to the rinnegan that contained a reproduction of hagoromo's chakra, and in Madara's case elevated the wood release sage mode he got from hashirama into six-paths sage mode.

I love that at the peak of his power, the red beast in his full glory…his strongest attack is a god-tier Dynamic Entry. Great way to pull an attack that seems like a goof and turn it into something incredible.

He practiced that one move (that last jump kick), probably a million or trillion times and mastered it to an extent that even some inborn epitome of genius like madara couldnt escape. Its crazy how all those fancy, spectacular jutsus everyone performed like kamui, susano, chidori etc existed and yet guy was the strongest shinobi(if madara was exactly what he was in his glory days and not jinchuriki and if sage didnt interfere by providing godly powers to naruto and sasuke, guy would have been the strongest in battle field in that moment) with just one simple looking flying jump kick. My fav character for a reason.....guy sensei is an emotion for me ....makes me remember the famous quote, "I dont fear those thousand kicks u practiced once, i fear that one kick u mastered a thousand times".
When the show remembers the name is Naruto Shippuden and not Guy Shipudden

When Madara who's been alive for so long and endured many wars, says no one surpasses Guy at taijutsu and declared him the strongest. Gives me chills.

As a reminder, Naruto getting the chakra of all 9 tailed beasts isn't really plot convenience. He already had the chakra of 6 (excluding Kurama) from when he met them, and Obito knew which ones he didn't have, so he willingly took a fraction of 1 and 8-tails from Madara when he attacked him a few episodes ago. Madara comments about how useless that was, not knowing Obito's true intention is not to try to remove ten tails from him, but to give the necessary remaining chakra fragments to Naruto.
