How to cut an off shoulder flare dress (

Hey fashion lovers! welcome to my channel
Today's tutorial is on how you can cut an elegant off shoulder flare dress with belt.
For this sewing tutorial you need 3 yards of ankara or africanprints fabric. Fold in 2 then triangular to achieve full flare.
Next you want to measure the flare circumference according to your bust measurement. If you want to add fronce or gathers then you can add some extra inches to create fullness.
To cut the off shoulder take 8 inches before measuring the length of your dress.
To create the armhole measure 3 inches from sides and 3 inches deep.
To create the band, from the remaining piece of fabric cut 2 long 36 inches band and stitch together before adding to the dress.
