    • @AmolWagle
      @AmolWagle  Pƙed 4 lety +2

      Dear Prateek,
      I understand that during this currently challenging situation, you must have gone through a very difficult, rough patch in your life.
      Know that the nature of the world is impermanence. Nothing is permanent. So this tough situation will also be gone. These bitter days will also give us lessons, and converted into our better days. Have patience. With knowledge and meditation move ahead in life.
      So these two things will help you a lot in ‘moving on’ in life.
      1. Everything is changing &
      2. Nothing is permanent
      So, this will also change. Knowing this is knowledge. But to let the knowledge sink in easily, meditation is required. Hence, KNOWLEDGE & MEDITATION should go hand-in-hand. So that we get the ability to let go and move ahead with the flow of life.

    Bhaiya I understand one needs to be practical in life and move on with the flow of time, but how should we get rid of or leave our emotional side and follow what mind says. Usually there is always a fight between what we think and what we feel.

    • @AmolWagle
      @AmolWagle  Pƙed 4 lety

      Dear Monaz,
      Yes, most of the times there is a conflict between our logical and emotional mind, but balancing both is called ‘the art of living’. That is where knowledge and meditation come into the picture. So, when we meditate or when we are in knowledge, we get balanced in emotional as well as logical mind. So neither logical mind dominates our emotional mind, nor does the emotional mind dominate the logical mind. To get rid of this dilemma and confusion, we must do meditation and be in knowledge.

But I have a question that After watching News of someone people tend to look for inspiration took wrong steps and commits suicide . • @AmolWagle
      @AmolWagle  Pƙed 4 lety +1

      Dear Varun,
      By that person’s action, we cannot judge the person, right? What is happening when you are holding on to that incident in your mind? It is bothering you, isn’t it? You are getting stuck there.
      So what would be the intelligent things to do? Wisdom is to learn from that incident. That person taught you at the cost of that person’s life. Learn the lesson and move on. Take the lesson with you, not the botheration. Be with the flow of life. Knowledge and meditation will help you in doing so. Keep moving on.

    • @AmolWagle
      @AmolWagle  Pƙed 4 lety +3

      Dear Pinkal,
      It certainly seems difficult in that moment. And yet, when you love the person you give importance to that person’s happiness not the expression of the person for you. Understand that whatever is your‘s will never go away and whatever has gone away from you was never your’s. Don’t get stuck in the expression of the person. You love that person, matter ends there. ‘Giving’ and ‘Taking’ is business and in love there is no business or transaction.

    • @AmolWagle
      @AmolWagle  Pƙed 4 lety

      Dear Meeta,
      Mind is nothing but an impression of the world, events, situations or people. So, this is obvious that whenever something happens, it creates an impression on our mind. That is why, to erase those impressions, we need to meditate. Practice Sudarshan kriya and gain knowledge because these techniques help us erase our impressions. Wherever the mind is stuck in past events, it will get retrieved back to the present moment.
      Thus, practice meditation.
