I still hope that one day footage of the entire show will be released. I saw it on tour in Europe shortly thereafter and it was quite simply the greatest performance I have ever seen.
Liza has always been such a class act. No matter how intrusive, inane and repetitive the questions were that were thrown at her over the years. Ugh. Why not ask her about the amazing show she was doing. Broke all records. She was magnificent. So glad I had the opportunity to attend this and so many of her shows over the many decades she blessed us with her incredible talent. ❤
Probably one of Cindy Adams most canned style interviews. Liza was at her zenith, and Cindy went for tabloid dullness that had been already addressed ad nauseam for years.
The opening Halston is exquisite !

Those 3 Weeks at Carnegie Hall were fabulous. Thank you for posting, like it was yesterday.
A wonderful interview, so respectful and not disruptive.

Why are they talking to Liza, when he announces a "Frank" interview?
