Also he mistreated CLC a lot, didn't give them a lightstick when they were active for more than 6 years to the point Cheshires(their fandom name) decided to make CLC a lightstick for them. He also mistreats (G)-IDLE and examples are that he doesn't let them interact with Soojin anymore, doesn't promote them as he should on music shows, variety shows, doesn't let them be MCs a lot and barely promoted Miyeon on her solo debut and on her MCing period. Sadly there are rumors of him mistreating the trainees under the company and also mistreats LIGHTSUM(A 4th Generation rookie girl group under Cube ENTERTAINMENT). And 2 members of LIGHTSUM decided to leave the group(I don't remember which members)for personal reasons. It is really really sad that idols and trainees are going through a lot under this company and we are really really lucky to have Soyeon who carries on her back Cube, without her, Cube would get bankrupt! She also disses Cube especially in MAMA at every chance she gets and also at every way possible, such as Yuqi and Shuhua who do the same most of the times.
Soojin is what got me into kpop. It is so sad not see her anymore, but I wish her happiness and good health. That’s more important than her coming back to the spotlight.

Soojin also felt like she needed to leave the group otherwise (G)I-DLE would stop having success as a whole. It was an extremely critical situation leading a really extreme decision. I'm absolutely mad that things got this far, and also how much it affected Soojin. Thankfully, a close person recently said that she was doing better.

We have the power, after all. If companies see an overwhelming demand for that idol, they will no longer be a liability and stand a good chance at being brough back. But it's like no one ever tries.
