Make sure your course is more than 1 year to get work permit. All you need to check is if the coursework is good. If it covers the breadth of Data Analytics ranging from Machine Learning to Analytics...Then you should be ok. Also these colleges offer PG Diploma in different fields. Check University of Calgary for PGD in Data Analytics, they started the program recently....
@@efosaokoro3343 No they aren't. Certificate courses, as the name suggests, is just a certification for a specific skill you have. Pg diploma is actually a degree and has much more value than a certification course.

There is no particular age limit to apply for study permit in Canada, but, as an applicant you must:
Be enrolled at a DLI, i.e. designated learning institution
Show enough proof of funds to manage your tuition fees, living expenses in Canada and return tickets
Obey the Canadian law and have a clean past record, for which you may require to submit a police clearance certificate
Are in good health condition, for which you may require to submit a medical exam certificate
Prove your intentions of leaving Canada upon course completion or study permit expiration to the visa officer
There is no age requirement for an applicant to become eligible for lodging an application under Canada's student visa program. But, meeting the above mentioned criteria is a must to qualify.

I would like to mention here that if you can justify your gap with proper explanation, you wont face any problems. Just provide each and every legitimate documents. In your case, experience certificate, salary slips etc.
So i would like to add here that if you are having gap, make sure you can give explanation regarding that. Technically Universities and Colleges should not differentiate candidates based on age, caste, creed etc.
How is lambton college in toronto for pg diploma with co-op...?
Admission is quite lenient in Lambton. Lambton certainly doesn’t find a place among the top colleges in Canada. Most students rate the faculty as average. And the on-campus accommodation isn’t rated very highly either. Recruiters don’t find Lambton among the top Canadian universities for hiring graduates. However, you stand a chance of getting employed if you get a good internship - but you will have to work hard for it.

Usually bachelors degree with 3 years is the requirement. If your BA is a 3 yrs program, then you are good. If it is less than that please check with the college offering PG Diploma programs.

I think you should be able to get admission, make sure you have extra curriculars etc..technically 2 backlogs per yer...not more than 8 in total.

Both has pros and cons....SAIT is excellent in education compared to Conestoga. But Alberta is doing economically bad and it might couple of years to back better...on the other hand Ontario GDP will come back soonr after pandemic. So employment opportunities better after studies in Ontario..although education wise SAIT is better....its tough choice..Please weigh in the options and take a call...

Yes they do...I work in IT field and I have hired many PG diploma/grads from SAIT for about 4 yrs through my previous company...Final year group projects presentations are watched by the companies and intervews and hiring are based on that...

Yes definitely quality will tend to decrease with more easier admissions...And On Campus placements will be harder but off campus placements are better in Ontario but you have are on your own for that...Again doing a degree program always better than PG Diploma if you are eligible....

usually depends on the program...but most programs require minimum 50% and if there are many applicants this gets very competitive. For courses like data analytics, they mention that they require a minimum "C" grade (60%) in a post-secondary level mathematics or calculus course
