Wow, pumping out the videos, yes the lithium's are fantastic, mine are 6 years old and I haven't seen any drop in capacity, I do treat them with respect though, any equipment that you do lasts longer. Glad the country over there is getting a well deserved drink !!! 🤠😎

Just love the way they charge up. With no voltage sag, the power out is so damn nice.

Dam and we still got nothing (as in rain)
Yes Lithium batteries are the way to go, big difference between Lithium and FLA / AGM for sure.
I run my generator through boredom, have to give it a run so it doesn't gum up sitting doing nothing. I plan on putting a split system aircon / heat into my place this year so be interesting to see how my small system goes with it. My stuffed back is making it harder to split our Australian hard wood. Gonna have to invest in a petrol powered wood splitter as well.

We serviced our generator. We do it every year, at the start of winter. Then start is every few months to keep the starter battery charged.

Hi Chris , i thought your 8kw was your main system and the 5kw was your test system and that you were setting it up to mimic the setup your pharmacist was going to use ..? have i got that right ? ...Good to see you guys are getting some rain..

You are correct. It will be that when I get all that stuff installed, you see sitting on top of the batteries in the 8kW cabinet. But as I have two systems. Owned and paid for by me. I can choose what unit runs my home. In winter, I use a lot less power. So the 5kW unit will be a good test for running a normal home in winter as well.

The high winds we had were nothing. They say a tornado hit in Bunbury, that's just 19ks from us. Did some damage, they said on the news.
