Good job bro 100% agreed with you... I agreed with this with my experienced before I can't speak English but when i faced my first job interview I realized that how important is engish to get a job. Acctually on that time i feel a ashamed bcz I'm not fluent in English but I did not give up.. I try to find my own way to learn english. Finaly I find out if we need to lern english we need to lern that in interesting way...here I will tell you which method that I use to lern english I add lot of foreign people in my fb and i chat with them while I'm chatting if I can't understand the word I find the meaning through Google translate and I watch the movies and I catch some words and I start to speak English as I can.. finaly I suceed . Now I can speak english with any one and now I'm working in UAE as the store manager in welknown brand. Dont hesitate to speak English start as you can.. put your step on it and keep your self motivated. Then definetly you will able to speak English. Keep remember" if u need to win the game you need to play the game "
