At ang gaganda ng itsura ng mga senior citizens! Mukhang happy tlga sila sa workplace!
Halos sa mga kumpanyang napasukan ko pag umabot na ng senior citizen sa kumpanya bastat kaya pang mag trabaho hinahayaan lang nmn hanggat kelan nila gusto. A big plus kung ang mga empleyado ng isang kumpanya ay umabot hanggang maging senior citizens na sa pinagtatrabahuan nila meaning mababait tlga ang mga amo.

Hindi na ako magtataka kung bakit ang successful ng Eduardo and Laude family sa negosyo...napakabait nila! Hindi magtatagal ng ilang dekada ang isang worker sa kanyang amo kung hindi sila mabubuting tao...grabe mula sa mga kasambahay na more than a decade na, tapos sa mga tauhan sa kumpanya na more than 4 to 5 decades...nakakahanga!

@@charlesmagno28 Dito nga sa U.S 70 plus yung edad nag work pa din. Hindi nakakasad yon, ano naman gagawin mo kung May edad kana pero malakas pa. Mas pipiliin talaga Nila magtrabaho hanggat kaya nila. Yung May pension nga nagtatrabaho pa rin kasi kahit malakas ka pa rin pero wala kang ginagawa para ka rin walang silbi. Fun times lang nila yung nagtatrabaho pag May edad na. Hindi naman siguro mabigat or mahirap ang trabaho nila kaya gusto pa rin sila mag trabaho.
May pa voice over na si Tita😂 Sabi nga most people if not all don't leave jobs, they leave because of poor management. Pero sa company nila amazing yung loyalty ng mga employee grabe. It only shows na they are being treated well enough for them to stay that long.

We grew up with their candies...and because the Laude's are now my favorite, I will make sure to stock up on those candies and patronize their products ...iba talaga sila mag trato ng employees, kaya ang blessings ni Lord sa kanila non stop. My gosh! I'm a consumer since i was a child. And everytime i see white rabbit, viva, or candymint i make it a point to buy some. 😍
The employees' long years of service is not only a proof of their loyalty to their employer, rather it also proves the good relationship between the two.
Moreover, this episode makes me nostalgic, at the same time sentimental. Nostalgic because it brings me back to my childhood years. Sentimental because I remember my Papa who used to let me buy White Rabbit kapag feeling niya nahihilo sya because he believed na pag nahihilo sya, mababa ang blood sugar nya, so agad-agad akong pinapabili ng White Rabbit. (I miss my Papa tuloy 😢)
My grandma used to eat ONLY white rabbit...she was the one who got the family addicted. its been more than 10 yrs now since she passed but watching this made me a bit emotional because it brought me back to when I would see white rabbit wrappers everywhere in my grandma's house..and to think that I would be watching the wife of the owner of the maker of white rabbit on youtube....mind-blowing!!!!....Thank you again, Ms. Small..very informative, especially the info that white rabbit ingredient is imported from Europe. Lots of love from Alberta, Canada.

Every time i visit factories and talk to the workers. That's when i gauge the real attitude of the owners. Especially the length of service of the workers really shows how stable the quality of the output products and good working conditions for the workers.

WoW! Candyman and its candies really brought back a lot of my happy childhood memories with my neighbors and elementary classmates back then. White Rabbit and Kendimint were not only enjoyed and savored but their wrappers, I tell you, were truly kept and treasured because they were our "paper money". The more wrappers you have, the richer you are. Early 70's when I was a kid, I remember being late to arrive home from school because I go with my classmates picking up these thrown out wrappers in the streets. Up to now, I still buy White Rabbit and Kendimint, even had them in a jar both at home and in my office. Every Christmas, those candies presented in the video by Ms. Small, are really my favorite to be given away to the kids and adult during merrymaking. No wonder, this Candyman factory had prospered because of the way how they treated their workers. Their products have become doubly sweeter because these were labored with love and loyalty by their workers. Kudos to the owner, Sir Philip's family. Sana all employers are like them, big or small companies or institutions.
