I concur, the lows rock! What can I say it's Sony, the image quality is impressive. I was surprised how much I enjoyed Frozen Empire. It reminded me of the Real Ghostbusters animated series.

Anything would sound better than the Cinemark XD auditorium I saw it in. The audio was just "kinda there". Do you have grumpy neighbors? That sucks. I'm very very lucky that my neighbors have never complained. I even asked them if they could hear anything from time to time and they said no. As for these new Ghostbusters movies, I think one thing could make them both MUCH better... and that's the omission of any and all of the mini-Stay Pufts. Ghostbusters doesn't need minion levels of "cute".

What streaming service has the Atmos mix? Haven’t seen any that offers it, Apple TV only has Dolby Vision.

Hey Shane nice to see you're enjoying your theater. Would you recommend putting a crossover of 60hz across all your speakers that are rated 50Hz and higher? Get that little extra bass out of the bookshelves and towers?
You'd have to take a measurement and see what response you're getting in your room.

Do u use different audio settings using Kaleidescape vs disk. The audio is different compared to both ?
Nope.
@therealshanelee very different sound compared to 4k disk, maybe I'm just not use to it.
@@motogp3478 the audio is bit for bit the same as disc. They are not different sounding.
The digital version only seems to have Dolby vision and no Atmos…in the uk anyway

It's native 4K. And there's so many fine details in the image, that wouldn't be visible, with a 2K DI.
Yeah, this movie was shot with a 4.5 k arri digital camera...it doesn't have a digital intermediate- they simply edit with lower resolution proxies to create easier workflow and then put back in native 4k format that it was shot with... Digital Intermediate is for when a movie is shot on film and then a lower quality digital scan (the intermediate) is done to edit with before being put back on film - hence the term intermediate! So you're right! This film was simply just ever so slightly compressed from 4.5k to fit on an UHD source!
I'm lovin these 4K reviews, but can't help but wonder when you will stop messing around and give us your toughts on Oppenheimer 4K UHD???
