If I had to rank motaro would be 3rd mavado 2nd and tremor first. Main downside I have with mavado is that the best combo you get is from your DB3 into grab which is not a move you communly use and his I belive unsafe. Tremor as better damage with the non axe grab and is just more polivalent
Lao ? Sub? I still think Lao is useful with Shao even after the nerfs. He is still very good with Shao and they have great synergy together. Not many know about the Shao/sub vortex sauce. It is pretty messed up but funny when you vortex someone to death.

Sektor is in top 3 kameos for general shao, safe 50/50s, combo off his over head and teleport punch can full combo, really helps gs neutral game.

it does but you have to throw the electric trap before even attacking so its not as good
If you call Mavado a little later on the command grab, you get much more damage.
