It's not just best bl drama, it is the best drama. A lot of dramas are great true. But this, this just hits different. It's like for some reason, you can't help but feel attached to the characters. As if they are real people. Probably I got too deep into it because I am like Wei Ying just a bit toned down. But I can understand his very being. And I couldn't help but look upto someone like Lan Zhan. I want to have someone like Lan Zhan in my life sooooooo bad 😭😭😭😭😭

Ive watched the anime multiple times and the Untamed live version over five times and each time loved it even more and found it just as absorbing each and every time. Each time also discovering some interesting fact or piece to the puzzle I missed before! I've also never seen any BTS clips that's I loved more than the Untamed in my life!!! I will never forget the character of Wei Ying or how invested I became with his journey and loved him thru each and every facet of his journey thru two lives! I keep hoping that some bright person will make a film or another season showing Wei Yings life as a child end then growing up with the Jisngs, then another segment on the cultivators in LAN Guran, Madam Yu, Weis parents age and how they were then as well as a segment on Wei Yings adventures after he left Lan Zhan and journeyed about, then at end showing Wei making his way back to the cloud recesses. There was talk of a film or series about this with Xiao Xhan and I was so excited (because I would never want to see anyone else play that role). It was supposed to consist of him finding evidence that his parents were just killed in a random attack but in a strategic attack to eliminate them for information they had and to keep them for sharing it or exposing someone or some plot. Then Wei when he is traveling comes upon a person who shares this rumor with him or who provides him some clue so he goes back to the town they often passed by and his parents had fellow cultivator friends in to find more clues and people try to kill him. Then finally he finds another clue that leads him on a trail yo solve his parents murder and eventually even to the cave he once took refuse in til his parents never came back and he found his way to the town where he lived for years as a beggar and street urchin trying to hang on til Jiang Feinmein found him. Along this journey someone from his mothers clan comes to find him and shares info with him and along the way he even ends up finding info on LAN Zhans mother and her family that he wants to share with Lan Zhan. I forget the rest of what was supposed to be included but it all sounded so good!!! I really hope they eventually make another series with seasons containing these parts or films of these components. I long to see more of Wei Ying and the cultivation world before and after the seasons the Untamed showed. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Who ever is reading, I just want to say that this series (The Untamed) was one of the greatest series they ever made, but sadly it ended (if only they made more 😥😖). By the way, I'm pretty sure you will find other folks saying that this is an amazing song, I hope you'll believe them because it's actually true. The sound track, the scenery, the actors, the way the characters were portrayed, the cinematography...words like amazing, awesome, sublime, unforgettable...none of the really do them justice. Xiao Zhan has over 30 million fans in over 62 countries in the world but so many people know him best as Wei Ying and even really first put a face to the country of China and so many things they gained interest in because of both him and their love of Wei Ying and their love of the Untamed, GMDC and MDZS. As a result people are more familiar now with so many positive things China has to offer like its cuisine, culture, history, costume dramas, apps, variety shows, tourism, places in China, lans ape, music styles, c-pop, performers, holiday events and festivals, etc. Before the Untamed the most common item a done could identify with China on tests was the Great Wall but no face was identified or even other name or show or even town. Even Jackie Chan and Bruce Li who were Chinese were more associated with HK. I have loved everything about the Untamed but this is to me one of the most amazing things about it. How it has opened up the worlds interest in China. Even learning the language has of Mandarin has soared since the Untamed came out!
I felt cringey at first when I watched 1st few ep of The untamed but after listening to a lady playing this song on her flute, I decided to watch the show because it touched my heart.
I am in love with Mo Dao Zu Shi. The meaning of this novel is Beautiful The OST are on another level Characters are so strong and powerful and also they are all look beautiful Especially Lan Zhan😍
While listening i feel I am missing something important in my life and I have no idea what is it I feel lost lost! Man I guess it is the time to rewatch untamed!😂
The second the melody starts at 1:18, it puts me in such a happy-melancholic state. But I find myself in a beautiful dream like paradise somehow, just like Cloud Recesses. The soundtracks alone hit you so deep and when this story is portrayed with them, how does one not cry?? Lan Zhan 🏮❤️ Wei Ying forever :^)
I'm on my fourth time watching this series. Many instances I am deeply affected by what the characters are going through coupled with the melancholic haunting music, it hits so deep inside my soul. This series is a master classic that should be watched by everyone.
I watch the anime three time, the drama four time including Special Edition, read manhua repeatedly since it didnt complete yet and read novel two time for now. Might repeat again since its still the best after all the novel i read so far.
I never get tired of hearing this gorgous music. I think so many people don't realize just how amazing the music, cinematography and scenery played apart in the success, beauty and memorability of the a Untamed. To this day both the MDZS anime and the live Untamed version has so many things that make it unique and special I can't even verbalized them all sufficiently. It stands out to me still as the best costumed drama, wuxian drama and best live version if an anime I have ever seen. The music that surrounds it is just one of the msny components that makes it so breathtaking and so so magical, depicting the overall feel of the scenes so well.

The animated version and the drama are so different in terms of how they feel. In both the characters are interesting and endearing (still WWX Drama best WWX in my heart). But I have to say that one of the things I deeply miss from the drama in the donghua is that track.

Idk how many times I have watched this but still can't over from this and this wangxian one addicting of a song no matter whenever or after how many years, months, days have been passed you have to rewatch the whole series because of that damn good ost it will pull you like magnet .
Everyone has that one song that makes you cry everytime for me its wuji.Normally I'm not an emotional person but everytime i listen wuji(doesn't matter which version) I'll get super emotional
It help with my sleep a lot better. I can fall asleep really fast and deep too. This music calm my mind and really get deep into my heart. A bit sad. Full of joy and sorrow. A song of farewell and reunion.
My intent was to reminisce this truly powerful series. Yet I can't shake how it stirs something deep within...threatening to release a torrent of tears wrapped in emotions too overwhelming to explain. I don't think the producers or cast will ever understand, how much this series meant to so many. The Untamed is indeed our Red String of Faith and we will forever be tethered to it, and it to us. The sound track, the scenery, the actors, the way the characters were portrayed, the cinematography...words like amazing, awesome, sublime, unforgettable...none of the really do them justice. Xiao Zhan has over 30 million fans in over 62 countries in the world but so many people know him best as Wei Ying and even really first put a face to the country of China and so many things they gained interest in because of both him and their love of Wei Ying and their love of the Untamed, GMDC and MDZS. As a result people are more familiar now with so many positive things China has to offer like its cuisine, culture, history, costume dramas, apps, variety shows, tourism, places in China, lans ape, music styles, c-pop, performers, holiday events and festivals, etc. Before the Untamed the most common item a done could identify with China on tests was the Great Wall but no face was identified or even other name or show or even town. Even Jackie Chan and Bruce Li who were Chinese were more associated with HK. I have loved everything about the Untamed but this is to me one of the most amazing things about it. How it has opened up the worlds interest in China. Even learning the language has of Mandarin has soared since the Untamed came out!

I never get tired of hearing this gorgous music. I think so many people don't realize just how amazing the music, cinematography and scenery played apart in the success, beauty and memorability of the a Untamed. To this day both the MDZS anime and the live Untamed version has so many things that make it unique and special I can't even verbalized them all sufficiently. It stands out to me still as the best costumed drama, wuxian drama and best live version if an anime I have ever seen. The music that surrounds it is just one of the msny components that makes it so breathtaking and so so magical, depicting the overall feel of the scenes so well.

I'm always getting Lan zhan and Wei Wuxian sweet moments in the untamed series while hearing this,one of the beat series I have ever seen in my life, it has some magic in it that won't let you forgot it some precious moments in it
The animated version and the drama are so different in terms of how they feel. In both the characters are interesting and endearing (still WWX Drama best WWX in my heart). But I have to say that one of the things I deeply miss from the drama in the donghua is that track.
