နိုင်ငံတကာမှာ စစ်ကောင်စီရဲ့ ပုံရိပ်တွေကျဆင်းလာတာနဲ့အမျှ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေးကလည်း တစ်နေ့ထက် တစ်နေ့ ကျဆင်းလာနေပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ သံအမတ်တွေကို သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးချိန်မှာ ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ယူ တာတွေရှိနေသလို သံအမတ်အသစ်တွေမခန့်ဘဲ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံတွေသာ ထားလာတာတွေ့ရပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနဲ့ သံတမန် ဆက်ဆံရေးအဆင့် လျော့ချလာတဲ့ အနောက်နိုင်ငံတွေထဲမှာ သြစတြေးလျ၊ နယူးဇီလန်၊ ဒိန်းမတ်၊ ဂျာမနီ၊ အစ္စရေးနဲ့ အီတလီတို့ပါဝင်ပြီး အာရှထဲမှာတော့ တောင်ကိုရီးယား ပါဝင်လာတာ တွေ့ရပါတယ်။ အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင် ၁၀ နိုင်ငံထဲက လက်ရှိမြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ သံအမတ်ကြီးနေရာတွေမှာ အသစ် ပြန်ပြီး ခန့်အပ်တာမျိုး မလုပ်တော့တဲ့ နိုင်ငံတွေကတော့ ဘရူနိုင်း၊ ဖိလစ်ပိုင်၊ ထိုင်းနဲ့ မလေးရှားတို့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုက်အဝန်းအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေးလျော့ချလာတာဟာ စစ်ကောင်စီအနေနဲ့ အာဆီယံ ဘုံသဘောတူညီချက် ၅ ရပ်ကို လစ်လျူခဲ့တဲ့ အကျိုးဆက်တွေလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အခုလိုနိုင်ငံတကာ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေးတွေ လျော့ချခံနေရပေမယ့် စစ်ကောင်စီကတော့ မိုက်တွင်းနက်နေဆဲလို့ ဆိုရပါမယ်။
