Montanejos is a town in Spain, in the province of Castellón.
The Fuente de los Baños is a fountain cataloged as an Asset of Local Relevance.
To get to the place where it is located, you have to leave the population center of Montanejos along the C-20 road towards Puebla de Arenoso and after a hundred meters you have to cross the bridge over the Mijares River following the direction of Fuente la Cerrada; immediately take a paved track that descends to the riverbed, to a large parking area for vehicles, from there you access the children's area and recreational area that is next to the source and the bathing area of the Mijares river itself .
Tradition has it that Zayd Abu Zayd himself ordered the construction of some baths, of which there are archaeological remains, for use by both the women of his harem and himself.
These hot springs prevent skin damage caused by free radicals.
It is also considered that these waters are suitable for treating cardiovascular and liver diseases, those related to hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Ci sono molte parti del fiume ad accesso libero. Puoi andare in qualsiasi momento. Una volta lì, i cittadini potranno dirti come arrivarci.
Se puede ir con perros ?
hola Daymar ! En el recorrido que hago en este video no se puede ir con perros, pero si te vas un poco al este (a la altura del pueblo) el acceso al rio es libre y sí que se puede ir con perros. Mucha gente también se va a esa zona para no pagar el acceso a la fuente de los baños.
