Earth Sifters - The way I like to make them | Earth Building Basics

Very often the first step in engineering a structural earth with good particle distribution is sifting your earth material. Builders typically construct sifters out of available scrap materials. I've seen many designs, some are a bit overcomplicated, others might not work very well. This is my preferred design for this simple yet crucial component of an earth works site.
