that normal parry doesnt effect frame data and perfect parrys allow you to punish unpunishable things like Honda headbutt and Blanka ball?
And that going for parrys are extremely safe because you can block right after a normal parry?

You don't need to do a full 720 for it to work, a 540 is enough. For 360s you only need to do a 270 and will come out
It's really not that hard, you're just not supposed to do it in neutral
