Some great points discussed, however I don’t think serious mental health issues should be undermined like this. They spoke about paranoia, and if that’s in the context of psychosis or schizophrenia, then it’s a serious concern and they’ll need proper treatment. There’s already a lot of stigma around mental health and psychosis in the community, Please me mindful speaking on this area as it may hinder and stop someone to having a successful recovery and treatment adherence. You have to be sensitive around making comments that praying will fix everything or having faith in Allah will fix everything. Yes it will religion and belief provides a sense of hope and truely Allah does give shifa. But some of these people with serious mental health issues like psychosis may have fixated religious delusions, and comments from scholars like this will only add to their paranoia, delusions and illness.
Please research around every field when you are on a educational platform like this and don’t just make comments because you’ve got the platform
