This was a great story and gave Rex his due, he is as close to Anakin as Ahsoka probably a bit more considering since he had helped keep his secrets for him.
What if Captain Rex discovered enough of Palpatine's plans after the death of Fives to believe Anakin was in danger and went to the one person he knew would listen and believe him for help, Padme.

Rex and Anakin's conversation was amazing and I'm so happy to see him help Anakin realize the truth and deny Palpatine the ability to enact Order 66. Rex is the true hero of the Republic alongside Anakin!

- What if Qui-Gon managed to cut through the door before the Droidekas arrived?
- What if Palpatine wasn't elected the chancellor of the Republic in Phantom Menace?
- What if Anakin became friends with Iskat Akaris?
- What if Mill Aliberth (the Youngling from the Brotherhood book) became Anakin's Padawan?
- What if Anakin's bombing run managed to kill Grievous on Malevolence
- What if it was Saw and not Steela who died on Onderon?
- What if Anakin killed Dooku in their duel during the Rako Hardeen arc?
- What if Tarkin died in the Citadel meaning there would be no Tarkin Doctrine for the Empire?
- What if Qi'ra joined the Galactic Empire with Han perhaps becoming an ISB agent?
- What if Han killed Darth Vader during the battle of Yavin?
- What if the Ashmead's Lock's prisoners succeeded in assassinating Mon Mothma meaning that Leia would become chancellor and the New Republic wouldn't demilitarize?
I think the second one has been done in a way, though it was part of a larger story. Now that last one, I like that one since it would drastically change things and likely mean no First or Final Order. I'd love to see Leia heading an effort to hunt down all Imperial remnants and destroy them or make them surrender. Could also be interesting to see her plan for bringing in former Imperials. I bet there wouldn't be so many spies getting through if she headed the whole thing.
You're the first one I saw mention Iskat. It was a good book though the author needs to brush up on the fact that the clones were not with the party Iskat was on for the rescue. They came with Yoda last minut. One of the better Disney books though and the author described the Force well.

This is for sure my favorite "Anakin doesn't turn" type story. The other ones I've watched were decent too, but they dont really make sense as a movie. The main character(Anakin) never played a major role in the final fight with palpatine in the other stories of this type. While this one I can for sure see being a great conclusion with you know the typical "the main character beats the bad guy". I absolutely loved it great work!

I can certainly accept and even enjoy a good twist to any story. And the one involving Rex was also a good one. I enjoyed this story a lot. You made another good one PP. Day 3
What if Darth Zannah was a Jedi?
Either she refrains from killing the Jedi who originally comes for her, or another Jedi takes her instead soon after, assuming Bane doesn't find her or a twin of some kind exists. She undergoes training until she becomes a Jedi Knight or perhaps even a Jedi Master. Then, she receives one of two visions.
The first vision portrays Anakin or Luke as the chosen one. She believes in the prophecy and enters stasis, intending to train them to confront Palpatine during the Clone Wars or the time of the Empire.
The second vision involves Palpatine himself, maybe as the Emperor. Believing that she is the chosen one due to this, she enters stasis until the Clone Wars, awakened by the Force or some other catalyst. To fight him herself.
To maintain her characterization as the Zannah we know and love, she excels as a master of Form Three and is proficient in Jedi Alchemy or sorcery, perhaps even both.
I think its a bit overdone at this point, but if necessary, you could also do what if jedi zannah trained Anakin or Luke, but again, bit overdone.

What if Darth Zannah returned during the clone wars?
All events transpire as normal, until Zannah`s apprentice kills her. It can be an illusion or essence transfer, either way Zannah survives, then enters stasis. She disobeyed the rule of two, because she saw a vision of palatine, believing him to be the one who would destroy the sith or she wanted to be the one who ruled the galaxy
Alternate path: though this one makes Zannah ridiculously overpowered, fakes her death still, but instead of stasis, grants her self immortality due to her affinity of the arcane side of the force, trains for a thousand years on a distant planet.
Reason for doing this: Her own power, or maybe she wants to be the final sith. First apprentice and last master and something like that. Or maybe this was the plan the whole time, but that involves tweaking bane and the rule of two itself.
I love how Rex basically said 'brother, don't the sith manipulate people, you don't wanna do something you would regret' and Anakin says 'oh, you are right, thanks for being such a bro' And Rex says 'let's also save all of my other brothers'.

First of all, nice story. Great that you found a way for Anakin to have true happiness (even if it is through secrecy).
Secondly my list of what if’s day 8;
What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?
And here’s some more ideas; Ewoks are the Care Bears, Anakin found HK-47 instead of C-3PO, Thrawn was a Jedi, Darth Nihilus mask was resurfaced during the Clone Wars, and finally the Rakhoul virus was unleashed instead of the Blue Shadow Virus?
Third and final; you planning on anymore crossovers bc I have a ton of ideas
I could see whenever any of the Jedi on the outpost do something stupid Shak-Ti takes her shoe off and chasses them around the temple with it before using the force to make her shoe slap them around.
Day 3
What if Darth Zannah trained Anakin Skywalker/Luke Skywalker?
How would this happen: All events transpire as normal until Zannah's apprentice kills her. It can be an illusion. Then she enters stasis. Reason for doing this: She believes that Anakin or Luke is the answer to the grand plan(Bane`s or perhaps her own, maybe she wants to kill Abeloth or something) and considers herself the perfect teacher for them.
What if the cunning and powerful hidden dark lord of the sith was Mace Windu instead of the power hungry politician Palpatine?
Funny how palpatine was probably going to say order 66 but rex cut him off early, so he only heard 6, hence making it so palpatine can no longer communicate with any clones

What if Anakin secretly stayed on Umbara while Prong Krell took command of the 501st?
If Rex and Anakin are like brothers, then wouldn't it be interesting to see Anakin open up to Rex about his past, his insecurities with the Jedi, their alienation of role as the Chosen One and even confiding in him about his marriage to Padme. Rex may just be a clone, but in a sense the clones are a slave army in service to the Republic, if there's anyone who understands Anakin better than the rest, it is going to be Captain Rex.

What If Luke Skywalker Was Sold Into Slavery As A Baby?
(Basically what if Luke Skywalker’s aunt and uncle forgot to pay their taxes, and had to pay in collateral; ergo forced to surrender a baby Luke over to the Tatooine authorities to avoid jail or execution by the Hutt Clan. How would Luke Skywalker’s life turn out? Would he still choose the path of Jedi like his father? Would he turn to the Darkside for freedom and become Vader’s Secret Apprentice? Will he end up becoming a bounty hunter who works for the highest bidder? So many choices, but all would end up with Luke leaving Tatooine eventually right?)
What If Anakin Skywalker Was Raised By Palpatine?
(A universe where Palpatine frees Anakin and his mother from the Hutts and takes over Tatooine after killing Jabba and Darth Plagueis? Obv, Schmi would still die leaving Anakin with a hole in his heart and without Padme, he’d have no reason to hold onto puny weak attachments. His heart would be hardened, and he’d reach his full potential. Maybe he and Palps would kill all the Jedi without Order 66? Maybe he’d kill Palps and take over? A fun story you should explore.)
What If The Separatist Bomb Plot Failed?
(In this scenario, Padme is successful is ending the Clone Wars and future funding for the GAR. Dooku’s plan to bomb Coruscant’s power grid fails after his droids are discovered and destroyed by the Coruscant Guard. Padme would become Public Enemy #1 in Palpatine’s book and targeted by the Sith Lord. How would he peace treaty affect the war effort? Would the Jedi still die? Would Anakin still turn?)

I also want someone to make a comic or an animation of Anakin and some clones finding Rex making a huge pile of com links that he has ripped and thrown out of the ship ready to be blown to scrap, and the clones are just concerned but scared to approach their commander, but Anakin walks up behind Rex putting his hand on his shoulder saying "Uhhh Rex" and Rex turns around rapidly holding his pistols to Anakin with his hands up, Anakin then tells Rex that they have to remove all the inhibitor chip from the clones troopers' heads and Rex says "Understood General. There's just one more thing I have to do before doing that" Rex then turns back to the huge pile of com links he had made and blows it all up with incendiary grenades all com links up in flames while Rex is laughing historically and Anakin and the clones watch in silent terror as their commander had just destroied a bunch if com links, but then one of the clones shouts to Rex "Commander Rex, we needed those" and that's it.
What if there was a full scale clone rebellion? Maybe when they were ordered to destroy the cloning facilities on Kamino?

I'm not sure if this is an idea that has been pitched before as a potential story, but what if Ahsoka trained Galen Marek? It could either be as Ahsoka saves him from Vader or as if Order 66 was averted.
I looked up their respective ages via Wookieepedia and it's more than possible for it to happen in the natural timeline, Ahsoka 36BBY and Galen 19BBy. Wookieepedia also has the year 19BBY as the year Ahsoka left the Jedi Order
What if anikan wasn’t a slave on Tatuoine (I didn’t know how to spell the name) and was rather on endor or Smhi was friends with the royal family of Mabo that would be interesting but he would know or want to end slavery or kill the turkeys what would happen.
