Yess!! I love being at home on a freezing cold winter night and hearing this come on! Whoa! I pretty much live for this time of the year! Haha! Have a wonderful season fellas!
jackdlight1 hahaha! Dead ass serious! You are not kidding! Last night I must have nodded out four times during that Seahawks game. I came to and the Cardinals were kicking the shit out of them. Ha!
SHEENCEENREE well if you knew anything, you would know that a team only plays 6 divisional games a season, so 4 teams a division, thats 3 opponents per team, which means that each would account for 2 games. So the Giants and Cowboys play in the NFC east, so therefore they play 2 games against each other a season out of 16 games total.... and a sunday night game will never pit 2 teams against each other that already were matched up on a previous sunday night time slot of the same year..... DUH
Nick Hansen I think he just means it always seems like the spotlight is on that matchup. Which to be fair, those matchups tend to be very close. You have to go back to the late 90's of this rivarly to find consistent blow outs or non-competitive games. +jahleel breland seems like you're right. I think the media shines the lights on those teams due to their age/history within the NFL, as well as for having some of the last real divisional matchups in the league that actually generate hatred between squads. Not coincidentally did you see the league attempt to immediately slot the Steelers/Ravens rivalry in there; the league desperately needs these types of "intense" matchups to keep the league interesting. For my money, a Steelers/Ravens matchup is nearly always preferable.

Ahh the Nostalgia from the early 2010s, I can hear it in my head now “Annnnddd welcome here to Denver on a beautiful Sunday night for this EPIC matchup between the New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos!”
Hello and welcome to Sunday Night Football from chilly Foxboro as the New England Patriots get set to face off against the Baltimore Ravens. Hello again Al Michaels here, Chris Collinsworth will join us momentarily and Michelle Tafoya is down on the field. The Patriots enter tonight’s game with a record of 4-1 thanks to a dominate performance through the air by quarterback Tom Brady who threw for 389 yards 4 TDS and no picks and a solid defensive showing by Jason McCourty and Kyle Van Noy who each had 2 sacks last week against the Houston Texans. The Baltimore Ravens are coming off a heartbreaking 40-37 loss to the Colts. Chris, what does Baltimore have to do in order to avoid another Patriots spanking this week that Houston suffered?
Well, Al, the key here is definitely defensive. Let’s look at the opposition they’re facing, particularly Tom Brady. Now here’s a guy who might not be the most athletic football player out there, but he’s incredibly intelligent on the field. Those 4 touchdowns with no picks last game really showcased Tom’s abilities as quarterback. Definitely one of the greats, and if the Ravens want any shot at winning this thing, it’s through containing Tom Brady.
@@BatTCK “Now Cris, look, you got a Ravens team who across the first 3 weeks wasn’t playing very well, I mean sure they went 2-1 in that stretch and they’re number two in the division, but it just wasn’t convincing to most. You’ve got Joe Flacco who didn’t play really well in Cleveland, threw two picks to the 31st ranked Browns defense, one taken back for a touchdown. And Baltimore’s secondary, frankly, wasn’t looking much better!” “Exactly Al, but tonight they have really stormed back, and *they are looking* like the Ravens we got used to last season, heck, we saw them blow out St. Louis in Week 15! Joe Flacco has played steller, he’s staying in the pocket, and putting the ball where it needs to be, and that’s in the hands of his receivers- and it’s worked well for them tonight.”
the happiest and saddest song in the world because you’re all hype for a good game to end the football weekend, but then you remember all the homework you have to do that’s due the next day💀
And welcome to gillette stadium where tonight the undefeated patriots take on the denver broncos. Hi Im Al Michaels alongside chris collinsworth on sunday night football on nbc.
