quick tip when making ramps, especially kickers/launch ramps its recommended to make a triangular stopper so the the ramp does not ip over
Nice man, those look like a lot of fun! Brings me back to my high school days.

That kicker is way too steep for the hight the transition is way too steep
You're an inspiration for other kids to build unique things. You're a smart kid. Keep it up!
cool but your kicker is a tad steep
@Michelle Lovinger What?
An 8ft radius transition is typical for BMX, google it.
Indeed.
Nice work! I built a bunch of these when I was younger, it's what got me into woodworking!
Keep an eye on dumpsters jobsites, they always throw out small pieces of plywood (like window cutouts) that are perfect for these.
It doesn't matter if your good or not as long as you are having fun😁
What a great build!!! I use to race when I was a young guy and for practice me and a bunch of buddies built a small track in the woods with jumps, giant berms we even built a pit jump with a 6 foot into 3 foot hole. This build brings back awesome memories. Thanks for sharing have fun
Very cool project man, this will do very well for views id say, because i remember looking before and there was really no great videos and how to build a ramp, nice job!
Your takeoff was way too steep
Some people like me like getting air instead of launching
yea exactly its not even too steep he was going for air not distance
It doesn't matter you could so that the front tire of his bike was dropping before his back tire got off the ramp. If he made the ramp less steep he would have been able to get way more are and it would have been more usable.
Sebastien Ohalloran I would like that steepness for my RC truck, not a bike or scooter for that matter
RC Thunder what kind of rc do u have
this works if u wanna go to the moon
LOL
HAhahahahahha
Very cool! great job!
looks pretty fun might have to try it myself!
Great basic ramp building Vid!
Very neat job.
You'll fly higher once you remove those bike reflectors...
Well done, very good
Looks fun. The first time I made BMX ramps I used a couple bricks and an old piece of plywood. Lol
+Eric Lindberg loved the video. great for a family project for younger riders. but at the same time a sketchy brick and plywood ramp is always super fun.
Sick ramps!!!
Woah, this is pretty cool!!
Awesome build, building bike ramps is fun! Lots to play around with to make ramps feel different, length, height and pitch. Cool stuff man 😎
Good video man thanks
This is the first video i saw where someone placed the 2x4 on their strong side. #respect
Most helpful video I've seen
Some sand bags in the bottom of the kicker would be good! Neat project
+Eric Lindberg your videos are sick I am going to try build one now
eso esta. avurido
yo
Cool

really cool channel man, keep up the -wood- good work
Do everything you just did but use 4x8 3/4 sheets of plywood taller ramp & you can make it wider . When I was a kid we use 4x8 3/4 plywood for are sides & 6 foot long 2x4s for the braces in the ramp to make it 6 foot wide & 4 foot tall ... We made a 8foot tall sub box ramp , a tabletop ramp that had a 15 foot long top, a 5 foot tall spine ramp , a 5 foot tall wedge & I had a 40 foot wide by 60 foot long by 10 high half pipe with 2 foot of vert with 3 foot Chanel & coping in my backyard that me , my dad, his friends & my friends help make . It took use 3 weekends to build . I,d only let my friends ride it no one else so there were no scooters no skateboards a no rollerblades that set foot on it just pure bikes . Covered the tops of all are ramps with this stuff that was like Masonite but you could leave it out in the weather & the ramps would be just fine .. Me and my friends tore it down when my daughter was 2 I was 26 at the time
Perfect tutorial! love it
Cool to run into you while sweeping through comments!
hi man found ya!
+Lucas Santefort I'm everywhere! lol
+Subwoofer Geinious Haha got me!
+The BNC (Bmx News Channel) lol
Nice dude👍🏼
Your really good at what you do
pretty cool vid ima try this soon
eric should play a game of bike with scotty
He would loose. He should play Big Boy
i can't believe i have to explain this. it's a joke, people always comment on other people's bmx channels "oh they should play scotty" even though they're clearly outmatched. big boy is way better than him. this kid can't even hit a kicker right.
Jack Dauley big boy is riding pretty good now
big boy is almost professional level now
Yeah but Scotty would demolish him
Good job
Awesome
I made one too it worked great thanks
bmx ramp esay top of my life
Nice!
Great tutorial...but next time you should try to make the launch less steep
Good kicker but I'm not feeling the launch ramp it's pretty steep but good vid
nice ramp, I need to make one too
sick!
I love the work you put into this kinda stuff, could you make a lapboard? (a desklike object you can place a mouse and keyboard onto for couch gaming)
your good
keep up the good work
Good ramp
haha nice work man, good helmet !
Good vid bro
this dud needs more subs!
who agrees?
sick
Nice
Thanks 🙏
To keep it from flipping forward give the back a little down slope
6:19 #relatable every time I manual
thx man
Maybe next time you can try to make the transition of the ramp a little more gentle. With the ramp being so small a steeper transition will make the jump less enjoyable to ride.
Used your ideas and built ramps today. Not as pretty as yours........but they are awesome. Thanks for the cool video.
I like it but one thing i would change is make less of a slope on the kicker ramp so it launches you out more than up. cool project though!
thanks now I have a ramp
nice vid
nice
Make the takeoff more mellow and make the back of the ramp angled at about 30 degreea
nice build. I'm sure the next ones you build will be even better. yeah that launch is a little much on the dramatic steep. a couple 2 x 4s screwed from the top on the launch to the bottom on the landing. would help with the stability of this one. ya know just temp boards, so you can pull that proper pop. good job man
Do you watch Scotty Cramner channel?
beat me too it ;)
ya
I wach him he's pretty cool
yes
Yes
Nice setup. You may consider extending the base of your kicker (so when you look at it from the side it looks like a pyramid with one side longer than the other) about 6-12 inches so that the ramp doesn’t want to “flip” forward as you reach the top. This will help it not to slide forward so much too.
also you can get a nice curve by bending a pvc pipe!☺
Can it support skis?
who else realized that the background music is from Roblox speed run 4
U play roblox?
pretty cool but on the kicker I would add some weight to the bottom just so when you go on it it doesn't tip over but it looks pretty good
How did you bend ply wood 3/4 of an inch
Please Keep Up Bmx Ramp Videos. 👍
On the kicker there should be another little slope on the other side like 2 inches on the bottom so if u ride it, it won't tilt. Nice build btw!
also mark your middle supports on the side of your transition. it helps so you don't miss them while you are screwing in the plywood
Fyi when you have your kicker and your landing you should spread them out more because I know you can make it farther
Wow that's good I just made it
awesome attempt! but the takeoff kicker was way too short and steep and the landing too short but wouldn't take too much tweaking to sort out so its a lil bit more controllable on takeoff and more fun!
Could you make a hockey saucer kit? Thanks
Hey cool vid! Love your videos and was wondering if you would consider selling your mini bike that you made a while back?
+Eric Lindberg alright, thanks for the reply! And if u ever think about selling it id be interested!
How do u bend the wood
how much did u paid for all this wood for the project ?
how much did it cost to make?
Am i the only one who thinks he looks like Don Self from Prison Break?
How much did they cost?
that moment when you make a ramp and you don't actually do any tricks off it
werid to look back and then see now and how much he's learned and matured
Time to contact monster and make the ramp 3
yes
are you from sweden????
Those ramps would be great for learning bars pins
Barspins dumbass
bars pins 2016
No barspins are easiest to learn on flat ground, just grow some balls.
+Ethan Heiser I have balls thanks I don't wanna lose them to not landing a damn barspin
XD
are you from sweden?
Jw, how much would this cost?
That angle of the kicker wouldn't be terrible if it was 8 foot longer and 5 foot taller
U just gave me an idea
Yoooo is that a 2010 gt slammer? O have the same bike!
It's not a bad size but the kicker is about straight up
Looks cool bro but your kicker is WAY to steep man and with that fix, it will be a nice kicker
I just noticed your recent videos have been 60fps. Get a new camera? Looks great.
Nice build. Any concern about the amount of flex on the plywood top of the kicker? Honestly no idea what the limits of plywood are in that respect.
is your bike a freekshow
Try not to make the kicker so steep and try to pull up a little more when you jump off it
So the shopping list in description is wrong if you're making it 4 feet wide...
That kicker needs to be longer in the base and not as steep.
what a lovely last name ;D
