      I was in the audience, and yeah same. I've listened to loads of teachers and Ajahn Brahmali's talk really impacted me and I keep coming back to the recording.

    Remember we have to apply what you learn in your daily life so you can live happy and peaceful otherwise just words For example you lost your job so you know your job is impermanent, you should not expecting you have it for good , it doesn’t belong to you ( non self ) so now you won’t be suffering In another hand you should think about the positive of Impermanent, you lost this job there might be you will find a better one We usually forget about this side of impermanent 🙏🙏🙏

    Thank you for the dhamma. and also for the questions. some of the questions were really profound and helps explore the dhamma deeply when the mind is at peace after a meditation session
