I don't know if it's allowed to mention another channel here but Fury released a video explaining that SS Capriccio with at least one weapon resonance can already replace SSS Rozen and that with 2 resonances she can be used across all teams. The cost for that (7.5k BC ×3) still isn't really f2p friendly and you could invest the resonances in SS Empyrea and get better use of them, but at least SSS for Capriccio isn't strictly obligatory anymore.
@@Gan190 u do know that weapon 6 star is NOT 100% so u are taking a risk to get her weapon when she is not that good as she is still just a healer/dps.. no match to luna ofcourse so... not worth the risk..

And about the 80% chosen weapon rate: if you, as f2p, get off-rated **3 times** while trying to get Capriccio's (or any other Construct) signature weapon you should either swipe or leave the weapon banner be (for a while at least). 6* weapons are still a luxury if you don't lucksack.

Just started playing a couple weeks ago and got to say your guides have been a wonderful entry point. I'm trying to wrap my head around all the cool details of this game.
honestly in a technical standpoint vera rozen will still be a better choice if you want to play safe as a free to play, veteran or not. Mainly because: 1. she's an a rank 2. she's easier to farm imo (pain cage shop and her interlude stages (unless i forgot that you can't farm in her interlude)) 3. if you already have her for like a long time now, especially if you've triple S rank her, it would be a waste to go and farm another one if you have the (irl) sanity to do it all over again.
Not me tho i have enough for SSS Rozen, but I just won't use her 'cause I don't really like her gameplay. Regardless if it's a waste or not, I will still pull for Base Selena construct because that's how I like to play my game.

I had already build Vera as a dps anyway. please don't get me wrong, your guides are unvaluable, and I really apreciate them. your vids help me quickly understand the skills for each new characters, and this one is not an axception. it is just that ultimately I play this game to have fun, no one will ever reward me for going up the leaders boards or pursue big scores just for the sake of getting big numbers at the battle end screen. Understanding how the game works is really important, and i encourage people to analize the math behind why some team compositions are meta and others aren't, but after that using waifus makes the game more enjoyable which is kind of the point
What I don't like about Kuro, and thank god you said it, if that they don't come out with newer memories to mix and match with older constructs. They basically make new waifus, for the sake of making new waifus. I LOVE my Vera Rozen, and Tenebrion. They were made before new metas, so they can simply get older memories and still do the damage they need in order to accomplish the tasks. New ones, like Luna for example, have specific memories to them, that limits their potentials ( however Luna's kits have built in Hannah so I'm not complaining there.) I want PRG to come back to the roots, male any constructs viable.

Damn, seeing that selena amp isnt better than my literal 2 shard away from SSS+ rozen makes me sad, but i still get to have her an admire the amazing construct skin, plus the skills are very fancy.
Just as a heads up to anyone who may be thinking about pulling her 1: You can get shards for her via a grindable event that's permanent. It's basically Deep Blue Warzone, but permanent so you don't feel like you're sacrificing your soul. I think the amount available is 50, so you can either use it to get her for free (saving BC for future characters like the arguably more important Nanamech who is extremely important to the Fire Team) or you can use those to help you get to SSS without having to break the bank for her. Shards for her will also be available via the new Battlepass which debuts on her patch. 2: She's available as a future pick on S-Selectors. 3: She doesn't play well with Luna at all, and that's gonna be a problem with the Dark Team until that S-Rank 21 they've teased comes out. In fact, the Dark Team in general has a BIG problem in that the upcoming characters for it ARE NOT better than existing characters UNLESS you go high investment on them. Spider mentions that Selena is only better than Rozen at SSS, the future Dark Tank, the oddly named Karenina Radiant, is only better than Tenebrion at SS3 (the ranking system changes in her patch). 4: Much like Pulao in the Wandering Whale patch coming in a few months, Selena is an "investment" pick. Since I started playing on the Last Spark update, I am yet to make any unit SSS and my pity is at 59/60, so I have a chance of making Selena SSS without spending a dime and not feel bad to bench Rozen
I would've been quite interested ( especially in Selena's case ) to see an actual numeric DPS/training dummy/boss comparison, not only for her ranks but also vs. SSS Vera. I know making this kind of content has caveats and is tricky but just hearing that Selena's better than Vera when she gets to SSS is just a very arbitrary statement to grasp without knowing what exactly the gaps are. Like is my investment returning a dark team that's 5% better? 15? ig I will keep an eye out for Warzone/PPC showcase videos after she releases Don't get me wrong tho, thanks for your efforts, always appreciate your guides
It's a substantial increase. Vera isn't designed for damage despite her core passive. Selena is designed to do damage as well as buff and heal at the same time. It's just the buff aspect of Selena's kit doesn't outshine Vera's SSS dark buff before SSS. Selena's SSS increases not only her buffs and core passive dmg to overtake vera. But yes quantifying the exact dmg would take a lot of time but tl;dr she does do a lot more dmg.

SS to SSS is too much shards to justify the worth. You need to pull 3 copies. Nanamech is also close by. She's more important than dumping 45k into Selena in my humble opinion. Good luck to those who are going for Selena.

Im confused with PGR, i just started the game and like I'm not sure on what to focus, i did get that new LIV but i was happy to hear we get a free S but disappointing that we need her SSS, what about people without sss dark Vera? Just straight farm selena? I have luna but not yet built. My 3 S, are luna, new liv and old liv from starter selector. Mostly i just use Nanami A, and S liv amp and luna just for moral support since liv amp deals enough damage for now. Progression in this game is confusing.
If you're a new player, then selena is a lower priority unit for now until you flesh out the other elemental teams. You can check out my account progression tips in the description as well.

If you're intent on using selena down the line and are going to buy bp, you can consider pulling her now but there are other s ranks in the future or s ranks you've missed that offer much more to your account then selena who is outclassed by an A rank (Vera) until SS-SSS.
Question, I saw that Capriccio can use 4 Seraphine/2 Einsteina when Dark Karen comes out but it recommends SSS+ or SSS with deadline resonance. How hard would it be to get SSS+ Capriccio by the time Dark Karen comes out assuming on patch release, I pull one copy and i buy all tiers of the BP each month?
Just pulled the wrong weapon... I swear I've pulled wrong weapon for too many times. Wtf with 80% chance? It's basically 50:50 chance! 😭 Sorry for ranting but from your guide, 6* weapon wasn't as necessary, right? I'm planning on going with 5* weapon.....
CN players also said the dark future team has the most expensive investment, and also the overall Dmg of dark team cant even be equal (too low) with other elements

The problem is you lose the tank class skill debuff and vera and selenas dark buff doesn't stack.

Since I started playing on the Last Spark update, I am yet to make any unit SSS and my pity is at 59/60, so I have a chance of making Selena SSS without spending a dime and not feel bad to bench Rozen

I would've been quite interested ( especially in Selena's case ) to see an actual numeric DPS/training dummy/boss comparison, not only for her ranks but also vs. SSS Vera. I know making this kind of content has caveats and is tricky but just hearing that Selena's better than Vera when she gets to SSS is just a very arbitrary statement to grasp without knowing what exactly the gaps are. Like is my investment returning a dark team that's 5% better? 15? ig I will keep an eye out for Warzone/PPC showcase videos after she releases

It's a substantial increase. Vera isn't designed for damage despite her core passive. Selena is designed to do damage as well as buff and heal at the same time. It's just the buff aspect of Selena's kit doesn't outshine Vera's SSS dark buff before SSS. Selena's SSS increases not only her buffs and core passive dmg to overtake vera. But yes quantifying the exact dmg would take a lot of time but tl;dr she does do a lot more dmg.

SS to SSS is too much shards to justify the worth. You need to pull 3 copies.
Nanamech is also close by. She's more important than dumping 45k into Selena in my humble opinion. Good luck to those who are going for Selena.

Probably vera rozen for now. Selena is a lower priority s rank compared to other debut s ranks

Sss is minimum, her weapon helps a lot especially if you can get resonances for it

Selena is a lower priority s rank construct if you don't have the others like plume or luna to name a couple.

I do have one on cubs. In general they are tied to their specific s rank or element. Crane is a good general grouper though.
Im confused with PGR, i just started the game and like I'm not sure on what to focus, i did get that new LIV but i was happy to hear we get a free S but disappointing that we need her SSS, what about people without sss dark Vera? Just straight farm selena? I have luna but not yet built.
My 3 S, are luna, new liv and old liv from starter selector.
Mostly i just use Nanami A, and S liv amp and luna just for moral support since liv amp deals enough damage for now. Progression in this game is confusing.
If you're a new player, then selena is a lower priority unit for now until you flesh out the other elemental teams. You can check out my account progression tips in the description as well.

If you're intent on using selena down the line and are going to buy bp, you can consider pulling her now but there are other s ranks in the future or s ranks you've missed that offer much more to your account then selena who is outclassed by an A rank (Vera) until SS-SSS.

Question, I saw that Capriccio can use 4 Seraphine/2 Einsteina when Dark Karen comes out but it recommends SSS+ or SSS with deadline resonance. How hard would it be to get SSS+ Capriccio by the time Dark Karen comes out assuming on patch release, I pull one copy and i buy all tiers of the BP each month?
S > SS 30 Shards
SS > SSS 90 Shards
SSS > SSS+ 180 Shards
Even with both tier BP 98rc it take around 10 patches so
So around Alpha patch

Just pulled the wrong weapon... I swear I've pulled wrong weapon for too many times. Wtf with 80% chance? It's basically 50:50 chance! 😭 Sorry for ranting but from your guide, 6* weapon wasn't as necessary, right? I'm planning on going with 5* weapon.....

CN players also said the dark future team has the most expensive investment, and also the overall Dmg of dark team cant even be equal (too low) with other elements

Is it tho? Because Selena just grindable make her a bit affordable for player... Meanwhile fire team you need all 3 latest fire construct for meta gameplay in CN and Global just release Empyria still have to wait for Nanamech and Hyperreal. Meanwhile others you need 1 new construct to make the team playable in competitive content.

selena with SS would be decent dps, I wouldn't prefer to use her base S.
