Guru maa namaskar. I have diabetes since 2013. Weighed 88 kg. Am 68 years of age. Gave up rice and wheat and sugar. Adapted fasting lifestyle eat one meal a day only millets. Keep rotating the millets . I weigh 70 kg. Almost diabetes free. What you say is do true. Doctors will be out of business. However TN tops in promoting paramparagath food.

2. Finger Millet = Ragi or Mandua
3. Foxtail Millet = Kangni
4. Kodo Millet = Kodra or Arke
5. Little Millet = Sama or Kutki
