The animatronic design is so perfect because they’re not deliberately disturbing. They just look slightly off. Freddy’s teeth, Foxy’s eyes, Chica’s circles around her eyes. It’s so good.

As someone who used to work at Chuck E Cheese's, everything about this is perfect. The pre-show tapes that we actually used sound exactly like this, down to the stupid jokes and acting shocked at the time.
As someone who still works at Chuck E Cheese (without the robots) I think even cleaning at nighttime would certainly give off some FNAF stuff

I like the realistic design of the animatronics, it’s how they would probably look if they were real
I like the faces but the teeth is over kill in my opinion also chica doesn’t look real at all. She looks more like “A scary animatronic made to look like a kid one, than a Kid animatronic that’s looks scary”

@@elite6848 well if you take a look at the original FNAF animatronics teeth they aren’t nearly as pointy and triangular, yes it’s true that is how animal teeth look but if these animatronics are meant to be designed for kids why would they be given sharp and generally scary looking teeth like that? Of course this could be the creators design choice and I accept that just my opinion on the topic

After everything we’ve already seen on CZcams, this just makes me want to see a “found footage” video in this style of some kid just filming his day at Freddie’s with no creepy editing or events.

I think there's one actually! It's an old recording VHS tape of Fazbear and Springbonnie singing together, no murders, no bites, no purple guys and no haunted animatronics, just two homies singing for the kids.

The voice acting really sells this. It sounds exactly like a corny, stilted entertainment bit before the actual show with awkward delivery and jokes that might make a 4 year old laugh.

I really love how this doesnt pull its punches with how horrifying it is. The close ups of the dead kids was not expected, and the how the shots linger on the stuffed animatronics, for an uncomfortable amount of time.

6:56 Is hands down the scariest part for me. I always those hated video/televised warnings as a kid. And the fact that the person watching this tape, could be a worker at fazbears, or someone who just happened to find it. Look at that warning, listen to those beeps/alarms. It gives you that feeling of you know you shouldn't have watched this, it gives you the feeling that viewing something like this is literally forbidden, and now people are out to get you because you have seen something you shouldn't of. Battington you legend.

I always get anti piracy ads when i watch the legitimare DVD. if it was a FNAF VHS tape rearranged in a DVD i could believe that there would be nearby the scary part, but the rest is genius.

I love the original models as much as the other FNAF fan, but I really, really like these models of the gang, they look absolutely vintage and it definitely works as being creepy mascots. It's incredibly convincing that this was made from the 80s.

Foxy's voice here has such a friendly and upbeat yet at the same time threatening attitude that gives him that special imbalance that the other characters seem to lack. If I was a kid around this era, I would only go to his show because he threatened to make me walk the plank if I didn't, but I would cover my eyes for the whole thing because I would be scared of him!

The mini game where Foxy runs into the room with the deceased kids always made me feel so sad.
Foxy wasn't haunted at that point, he was doing what he was programmed to do. But at being confronted with this...situation, he just stands there. There's nothing he can do because this was never supposed to occur.
What can a machine built only to bring joy do when confronted with such demented suffering?

The design of these characters are insanely realistic to animectronics at locations like Chuck E. Cheese's, yet they're also insanely creepy. Kudos to the creator :)

I like these models a lot more, they are more attached to reality, instead of a total metallic head, they have that plastic that real animatronics usually have that makes these animatronics look more terrifying but at the same time more friendly and realistic than those of the original game.

I like how absolutely uncanny the models look in comparison to how they look like originally. Really makes this whole thing more of a reenactment of the whole FNAF lore, but even more unsettling, and really digs off the old creepy animatronics vibe.
The models look so disturbing and creepy, yet if you think about it, if FNAF was real, they prob would’ve looked like this.
They perfectly touch the uncanny, which is something most FNAF models, fanmade or not, fail to do

Puppet still scares me, those terrifying black eyes and that jingle keeps me up at night, so does Shadow Bonnie. And the frame of Freddy in bloodshot during the "It's me" hallucinations makes me feel uncomfortable.

I love how in the “Hurray” Frames it shows the five children who were murdered, I absolutely love it. Thanks to this creator who showed all this effort and even bring in how realistic the animatronics look and how beautiful the recordings feel.

Security breach was a disappointment to me, all but abandoned the foundational work for a "soft reboot" I hope they release dlc, but SB seemed like a waste of potential

I love the symbolism at the end, Foxy in what seems like an endless void and beholding both the energized, frantic quaking of Golden Freddy's entirely immobile corpse. Like he's witnessing an affront to nature, maybe even with a child's soul trapped and in mourning within him.
He's not so much in heaven or hell, but in the strange limbo that comes with losing yourself. And Charlie is trying to "save" him.
Something I really appreciate in this series is the design of Freddy Fazbear’s in general. The walls have vibrant murals and popping but faded colors. It looks like the place was designed with kids in mind and that really adds to the realism

I cannot describe just how unnerving all of these models are. They genuinely give me this gut feeling of "something's wrong, get out". I don't know what it is, but there's something that makes me barely able to finish these videos you make, which is probably a good thing.

This is the aesthetic the original game should've been. The 80s mascot style that looks like it could've been a real franchise, like it was never intended to be creepy originally.
I think the original games aesthetic is great as it is. FNAF+ however, should have went this route.

probably my favorite fnaf-related media in existance, ngl. I preferred when the fnaf story was closer to eerie true crime w/ mysteries surrounding what happened, and these short videos have such a spine-chilling way of only telling you what you need to know to really make something terrifying. Excellent imagery.
I've always liked the idea of the Animatronics talking more but just repeating voice lines over and over. The idea of something that appears sentient but is only a mimic of such is uncanny.
I don’t know what’s more unsettling, the fact that this looks like something in real life, or the fact that the animatronics look more creepy here than in the actual game.
I would honestly love to play a fnaf fan game with these designs. Even one night of it would probably be amazing.

Something about foxy's design, even all to their designs, here is so unnerving, but I cant tell what it is that makes it so scary. Maybe it's the endless and motionless smiling? Is it the constant wide eyes? Is it the lack of eyebrows foxy in particular has? Or is it the teeth and human but animal faces? It's so creepy but it's so awesome! It's amazingly animated and the voice acting is fantastic. Everything here is just beautiful and terrifying at the same time. It totally fits the game so well, very awesome job!
I think what makes him creepy is the skin he has on his face as opposed to fur.
He’s the only one that looks right into the camera and talks to the audience, and he doesn’t blink the entire time
I think the uncanny design helps with the feeling of uneasiness. It's cartoony, but JUST realistic enough that it makes the creepy parts stand out.

I like how just as you start to get comfortable with these animatronic designs by watching them over and over, the video reminds you what’s inside them.
I’ll be honest, the fnaf games and setting haven’t really creeped me out as much as the first two games, and I was starting to forget what exactly made this series even scary to begin with. But this video reminded me just how creepy the concept really is, Loved it!

I feel Freddy is the most gruesome not in looks that’s Chicas prize, but for the most painful for the victim, Has to go to Freddy, since there’s no easy way to store the person, except pushing them in with the endoskeleton, and having their body, be crushed by the suit, closing on their head being squashed, like a grape and spine push getting through there chest even without the endoskeleton still being on the inside, they will experience a spring lock at least

When it comes to these VHS tapes I feel like it definitely captures the dark, gritty, sinister, violent and gorey aspect of FNAF (that it was meant to be).. because remember this series’s genre is definitely based on: horror, paranormal, supernatural and mystery. And I feel like it should incorporated into maybe a film one day with an R-rating viewing and of course how good these VHS tapes are made by the community that supports Scott..

Well I have a VHS tape of Ralph macchios interview I do sometimes rind it scary because of the eerie sounds and glitchy quality but it wasnt that scary because it was only a cute interview

I know that everyone has already flooded the comment section of this video with praise of the designs but I'm still going to throw in my two cents.
The designs of the cast are, as many have said, better, as they invoke a more realistic and creepy vibe. But one thing that tops the designs (and the video) is how, in any given context outside of the atrocities that occurred at Fred's, these designs actually look charming, like with the Showbiz Cast. This really amplifies the horror and sorrow as it showcases the stark contrast between what the establishment wanted to entail vs. reality, causing a level of uncanniness when viewing it.
The funtime animatronics were made for killing, so i dont really think they wanted to actually entertain children...

This is a perfect example of what made fnaf 1 & 2 staples in the franchise and indie horror, pretty realistic and familiar locations and characters, with a sinister undertone, not directly there at first sight, but slowly revealing itself. Great work battington, can’t wait to see more of your work.
I think one of the scariest things, among all the other HUNDREDS of things everyone has already mentioned, is how *sympathetic* you make us feel for them. At the end, when foxy is just staring- at least to me, I feel sorry for him. He's traumatized. He's being toyed with. He didn't want this. And in the video with Chica stomping through the bathroom, you can tell that she just wants to bring the little girl home and help her. In absolutely NONE of these videos, despite how terrifying they are, do I feel like the main four are the bad guys. They're victims of the situation.

Idk why, but the moment she says "Take me home with you!" feels like if the girl that's inside of her were talking directly, like she was trying to say to the other child that she(obviusly) didn't wanted to be there, like she just wanted to be at her own home, with her parents.

I dunno about you but it seemed to me like Chica murdered the fuck out of that girl in the bathroom.
Either this is Chica pre posession and this is an interpretation of the part of the lore where Afton made robots that would target children by themselves as part of his experimentation, or this is still post possession but being stuck in those circumstances... does things to ya. Like, she might have even decided that killing someone else would free her and have them take her place, which would only show how desperate she's grown
when Chica was stomping around she was gonna like kill or choke that kid, not "bring him home." fr you could hear the kids screams and her eyes lolled in the back of her head. I dont think she was saving ANYBODY
The first part was actually quite fun, it wasnt creepy, it was just heartwarming.

7:27 it really puts into perspective how horrifying the concept is. Those children’s faces are distorted beyond belief only showing fear, confusion, and pain. They weren’t stuck like that for a few minutes and then went to the afterlife, no their souls are stuck like that forever. That’s horrifying to think about.

I think these models would have been so good in the original games, because they are more uncanny and scary rather than just looking like robots. Also the amount of gore in these is just perfect, I think thats what is missing in the games.

I adore the voice acting and animatronic models - they capture the vibe so well, especially the goofy sound effects and antics in the pre-show. your interpretations of the characters are truly so amazing!
I honestly just love watching the movements of the animatronics, they're so well done and animated so great it's mesmerizing.
If the entire Squimpus McGrimpus storyline, which was already amazing to boot, was remade like this, it might result in the greatest horror series, in all media, period.

I love the character design you use here. They look they they could believably be in a real-world restaurant (except maybe for Chica, she looks... horrific, in a way I can't quite describe).

as a huge animatronic/cec nerd i am obsessed with how accurate this is to the actual time period of the game and the animatronics that were around at the time [rockafire especially with the facial designs!]. this video reminds me a lot of the early pre-recorded show tapes from the 80s as well as some of the other videos like this reminding me of the concept unification tape! great work as always!

Hadn’t noticed until now, but when the robots lean in just the right position you can see through the bottoms of their heads where it connects to the neck. You can see the background through them. Excellent detail.

Not enough people talk about the ending with Golden Freddy. It's done incredibly, and it leaves terrifying thoughts to the imagination of what it means. The purple noose in my opinion represents Cassidy getting hung by William and being forced to die slowly as the next victims can only watch. It makes this all the more eerie, especially when you realize the audio at the end is officially called "asphyxiation".
