පරවි දූපත හෙවත් රන්දූපත දකුණු පළාතෙහි මාතර දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ වෙරළ තීරයට යාබදව මුහුද මැද පිහිටා ඇති දූපතක් වන අතර මාතර බස් නැවතුම්පොළට නුදුරින් මොනවට දිස් වෙයි. සංචාරකයන්ගේ නෙත් සිත් ඇද බැද ගත් සොඳුරු දර්ශනීය දූපතක් වන මෙය සොබාදහමෙහි අපූරු දායාදයකි.
අතීතයේ දී ගල් පරවියන් ලැඟුම් ගත් නිසාවෙන් පරවි දූපත ලෙස නම් පට බැඳී ඇති අතර වර්තමානයේ දී මෙම ස්ථානය සියම් නිකායෙහි රෝහණ පාර්ශවයෙහි උපෝසථාගරය ලෙස සංවර්ධනය වී ඇත.
යකඩ පාලමක් මතින් දූපතට යාමට ඉඩ හැසිරී ඇති අතර වෙරළෙහි සිට බලන කල දූපත ඉතාමත් අලංකාරවත් ලෙස දිස්වෙයි.
මෙම ස්ථානයට ආසන්නවම නිල්වලා නදිය, මාතර බෝධිය, ශාන්ත මේරි පල්ලිය ආදී ස්ථානද දැක බලා ගත හැකි වෙයි.
