    Good stuff. When introducing those big words....."attenuate" and "quantize" - consider expounding briefly for understanding. New subscriber.

      Great suggestion! Thanks. I'll put those here if anyone needs a quick definition.
      Attenuate is to reduce or turn down audio in this context.
      Quantization at it's basic level is keeping all instruments "in time" together. in DAWs like this, both MIDI and Audio data can be Quantized to whatever note value(s) you choose. Often, Quantizing is over done just like Autotune/Autopitch to the point that the music sounds stiff and inhuman at times. This is one of those great tools that comes with the caution - "With great power, comes great responsibility."
