It is a glitch where you reverse at the junction after Cichy Kacik (to this day, I still don't know how) and you will go on this line. So no exploits or btools.
you know wheres a tram stop Al. Tysiaclecia? there's a rail crossing (2:50 in the video) and between stops Kozanów and Cichy Kacik there is a blocked turn right and thats the rail from 2:50 and it leads to Strzemieszyce and also Dabrowa Gornicza. the turn is blocked but i think they are planning to make it accessable because of the tram stops on Strzemieszyce - Dabrowa Gornicza.
i also tried to drive in there between Kozanów and Cichy kacik by tram but theres no way to turn on the right track. so i could only drive to Cichy kacik and back to Kozanów.
