Hey Steve it reminds me of the chopper bikes we built as kids. We took the bikes with banana seats removed the front tire and would cut off forks from another bike and hammer them onto the original bike thus extending the front to resemble a chopper. We were the darndest kids.
I was the same when Mum used to actually stuff the bird with it, but as soon as she cooked it on its own Iiked it. A little drier and crisper i guess.

Hi Steve nice little speeder bike, I had one as a kid and loved pressing the button on the back to make it explode. Today I am making bio char, nice day for it. 👍🤠👌
I've still got mine, the grandkids used to play with it when they stayed LOL

Hey, our kits have the same spare parts! Coincidence, or is this a sign of something…?
Lego often add extra small parts - something to do with the accuracy of weighing the bags to make sure they are correct, so I believe. You'll notice that they are always the smallest pieces.
Another reason why they slightly overfill their Lego sets is because of customer support. It would be a nightmare to constantly have to refund buyers or send additional pieces when a set ends up underfilled. To avoid that, Lego strives to make sure each set has enough pieces and sometimes a bit more.
